We had a great experience staying here! The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The host was easy to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!

Host and house were fantastic! Great location and very safe. We very comfortably slept 10 people and has space to spare. Everyone was very happy with the house, our host and the location. We will recommend to everyone and would absolutely book again for our next Nashville trip!

Great size and a easy uber ride to anywhere, walk to get a couple of coffee, etc..or a quick walk to Germantown restaurants..there was 6 of us and we all had plenty of room..I’d go back !

4 of us spent 3 comfortable, enjoyable nights here. The house is just as advertised, perhaps larger than the photos make it look. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for cooking (we made 2 breakfasts). Germantown is a great neighborhood, with restaurants, bars and coffee places within a short walk. We walked into downtown Nashville twice. We'd stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Great House and Neighborhood

This house is very nice and in a great location near downtown Nashville. The Neighborhood of Germantown is very walkable.

Everything was fantastic! The location, the property, the amenities... I can't imagine a better place for a group to have fun and do Nashville! Walk out your door into cool restaurants and coffee shops, or stay in and cook big dinners and play games! Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming spot! It was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was walkable, safe, and in a perfect location. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group, with enough seating and space for games. The bedrooms were comfortable and set up perfectly to comfortably sleep our party. The host was easily reachable, helpful and generous. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable vacation home!

The property was clean, roomy, and had separate bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms. It was also well-stocked with the sorts of daily items many rentals lack: toiletries, tools, condiments, detergent (though these aren't listed specifically in the ad and might have been donated by prior visitors). Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!
