Besides the grandiose views of RMNP from this property and the spaciousness of the home, the host, Marty, was super quick at getting back to any questions we had. The instructions left for different aspects of the home were clear and plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc. and having a garage to park our rental during the night a nice benefit. We will be returning!

Scenery and home were beautiful. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen plates, silverware,, utensils, and appliances. We did not understand that AC was not provided prior to the booking. However, each night was cool and comfortable but the afternoons were hot.

So sorry you were not completely satisfied. I hope you consulted the renter's guide for instructions on how to stay comfortable on hot days. But I realize that on really hot days with little or no breeze it can get a tad warm in the house.
