This spacious 3BR/2BA family home offers peace, quiet and tranquility with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Just a short drive away from downtown Estes Park, this home is perfectly located for all your Rocky Mountain adventure needs.
Enjoy relaxing on the spacious wraparound deck with a propane grill and fantastic mountain views.
The main living spaces are on the upper level of this home requiring stairs. The living room features elevated ceilings with beautiful a-frame windows that showcase the mountains. The main level offers a gas stove with a cozy living area, including a flat-screen TV.
The open-concept kitchen has plenty of room for family cooking, and the dining table folds out to comfortably seat six.
To the right of the living and kitchen areas are two queen bedrooms, separated by a full bathroom with a shower.
The spiral staircase leads to the lower level, which features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, across from the master bathroom with a shower.
On this level you will also appreciate the full size washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
As an extra bonus, the lower level also has a sun room with a ping pong table and a queen sleeper sofa.

Quiet Time 7p.m.
Guests buy their own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
