The Wingate is a stand alone house that is a spacious, contemporary one bedroom with a vaulted ceiling (check out our other flat #448379). It was designed with only our guests comfort in mind. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, a queen bed and a large beautifully tiled walk in shower. It has a comfortably sized living room. The Wingate has its own private covered patio and backyard area making this flat our best ever! Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

Lovely Gem!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely gem! It's well designed and the decor is darling - inside and out! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The mattress was comfortable. The blue tooth Bose speaker was a fun addition and the TV worked great. (We found a fun movie to watch on the evening that we planned to star gaze but ended up inside due to inclement weather.) The location could not have been better. Ellen is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Clean, enough space for 2 people, all needed amenities, laundry was key, check in easy, walkable location, ample parking. I really can't say enough good things about our stay in Moab. The hosts are gracious, friendly and helpful even providing restaurant recommendations. They also checked in to insure we had everything we need. Highly recommend and we will be staying when we return next year.

MOAB getaway

Excellent location and beautiful property within walking distance to town center. The one bedroom property is decorated in a simple but beautiful contemporary motif with a beautiful outside sitting area. The property managers/owners are very accessible and extremely responsive.

Wonderful stay at Westside flats

We had a great time at the Wingate at Westside Flats. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the picturesque downtown area, 10 minutes from the entrance of Arches Nat’l Park and 30 minutes from the entrances of Canyonlands Nat’l Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, all of which are spectacular. The place is fantastic, very comfortable and clean, with a private patio and access to a roof top deck. The hosts are friendly, accommodating , and helpful. This is one of our favorite HomeAway stays, and we’ve been to many.

We recently stayed at this rental in Moab. It was centrally located,.just block or two off main drag. Check in & out we're easy. Had laundromat on premises ( can use it for free). Nice kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower. Patio at.back of rental. Met owner one morning we were sitting out having coffee. Very friendly & ideas for our sightseeing.

Great place in a great location fantastic hosts

The flat is very clean and modern, well appointed and maintained. It’s only a few blocks from most restaurants in Moab. Michael was great at providing information including loaning some local maps. The presence of washers and dryers was greatly appreciated. The bike room would be great for visiting bikers and Moab is a popular biking destination. As a rider himself I’m sure Michael could also provide tips on great places to ride. We hiked in the Canyonlands and Arches for a week and then did a 5 day rafting trip. We were able to store our extra gear in the bike room during the rafting trip. We would definitely return to Westside Flats on another stay in Moab.

Wonderful place! New, clean and close in-town. Even a little hip!

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in the middle of an 8 day National Park round trip of southern Utah and northern Arizona. Loved the area and could have stayed much longer. Enjoyed a couple of nights on the roof deck having a drink and watching the stars. Everything we needed was available. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Moab

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights when we were visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The unit is clean and spacious. Owners live on site and are very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever back in the area, this property is at the top of our list to rent again.

The way things should be!

Everything about the Wingate, and the larger property in general, was outstanding. The Wingate has a great feel to it - from the bright colors and artwork to the furniture and appliances. Spacious enough for 4, a mansion for 2, the layout and functionality of the space works well. Both the master bedroom and the foldout couch provided a comfortable nights' sleep, while the beautiful walk-in shower provided a very relaxing start and end to the days adventures in Moab. The communal laundry room was a nice touch - and off street parking made unloading luggage easy. I will definitely book this property again...if it is available!

Contemporary and Perfect

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Wingate for a few days while we toured Arches and Canyonland. It is a large contemporary space. We had plenty of room for three people, cooked our meals and relaxed during the warm Moab summer afternoons in our temporary home each day. The landscaping, architecture of the home and color and decor are beautiful. We found everything that we needed and the host and hostess were extremely accommodating, available and helpful. We would highly recommend this space.

The Wingate Experience in Moab

The Wingate (Flat #4). This one bedroom flat was perfect for our trip to Moab. It perfectly accommodated my wife and I in all aspects of for our 4 day Moab trip. The first thing you see when you pull up is the perfectly landscaped property. Then when you walk into the flat, you see it is spotlessly clean. You can tell Michael and Ellyn take pride in making their flats welcoming for their guests. The unit can also accommodate two additional on the pull out couch. The kitchen was well stocked with all our cooking needs. I always do a bathroom test when traveling to see how clean the shower/tub will be for our use, I can tell you this shower was spotless clean! The living room area was spacious with a large flat screen TV. The bedroom was just the right size with plenty of storage and the bed extremely comfortable. The outside patio overlooked the beautifully landscaped back yard where we enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinners. They also provide access to a common deck which overlooks the beautiful Moab scenery. We enjoyed sitting up there relaxing with our evening glass of wine. The property is within walking distance of the beautiful downtown and centrally located for our adventures to Cayonlands and Arches National Parks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Moab. Michael and Ellyn were so personable, providing recommendations for sightseeing, adventure tours and restaurant options. You will be very happy with this choice on your trip to Moab.

Hip to be square

If you love IKEA, this place takes the biscuit. It's spare and tidy. I'd prefer a few more creature comforts -- lamps in the living area, lounge chairs on the patio and deck, softer, larger blankets -- in fact, softer furniture overall. But I am a biddy and a whinger. The flat is posh. It has all the essentials, plus a brill shared deck and locked storage for your bike. It's super close to Main St. The owners live on the property and were quite nice when, barmy from the sun, I walked into their home. Go there, young millennial; you'll love it.
