Luxury Downtown Condo - Great Price - Amazing Location

The Off Center Condo is a beautiful luxury condo with everything you'll need to make your trip to Moab convenient and enjoyable. It's right downtown, only a block from the Visitor’s Center, restaurants, shopping, and everything else downtown Moab has to offer. We purchased it brand new and then carefully furnished and decorated it so you'll feel right at home. Check out our guest comments, we've had lots of happy guests so far!

This condo is on the second floor. It's perfect for a couple and can accommodate four people because it has a hide-a-bed couch. Comfortable leather furniture, Tiffany lamps, memory foam mattress, travertine shower, and high speed internet access make this a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Even on the busiest weekends it is a quiet retreat with a huge and beautifully xeriscaped backyard for your enjoyment. Off street parking in back can accommodate several cars, a jeep trailer, or a small motorhome or camper.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and fully stocked pantry allow you to enjoy cooking a great meal; the downtown location means you can eat out whenever that suits you better. Fix your bike in the shade of our covered patio or light up the grill and lounge on the back yard deck when the day's activities are done.

Special gem in the heart of Moab,UT.

The condo was well stocked, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located for visiting Moab and the Arches NP. Our host was helpful and generous, offering the use of books, cooking items, and answering questions.

clean, comfortable, and great location

Great location for walking to restaurants in Moab and driving to hikes in the area. The condo was clean and had what we needed for when we wanted to make our own meals. The bed was comfortable and the heat worked well when we needed it for one day that was chilly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.

Wonderful Property

Booking: Easy, and great communication with the owner. Location: Pretty darn perfect. One block from downtown, so you're close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the noise on Main Street. Cleanliness: I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this property if obviously very well taken care of. Zero complaints on cleanliness. Kitchen: It's so nice to have a full, clean, well stocked pantry so you don't have to eat out every meal. And their pantry is awesome! Everything you need including a cooler for day trips, and tons of dishes, pots, pans etc. Bathroom: The beautiful shower was a welcome relief coming home every day after many adventures. Bedroom: Bed was very comfortable. Huge walk in closet for storage. Living room: Very nice, with lots of information and brochures about Moab. The owner is great at communicating. We really didn't need to check in too much with them during our stay, but it was nice to know that a local person was there to assist if needed. Parking: On site, easy. We didn't use the outdoor area too much as we were out from sun up to sun down every day, but it was very nice. Next time we stay we'll take advantage of the gas grill. There is another condo downstairs from this location. The building is very well constructed so we barely heard them at all. Overall, highly recomended!

In the Middle of Moab

The unit is on Center Street in the middle of town and yet private and quiet. Had a good feel….the Owner has done well with all the art work. Had a wonderful calm stay. Great Place !

Perfect

The apartment is one block from the main street through Moab with restaurants and shopping. We could walk everywhere. It was super clean and stocked with everything you could need.

A excellent find

This rental exceeded expectations! It's impeccably clean, loaded with amenities, and conveniently located near everything you need. The host responds promptly to inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience before and during your stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with all the essentials. Plus, the free parking is a tremendous perk. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great Time

Enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything was perfect and had little or no problems with the condo. It had a very convenient location and made us feel at home with all the comforts. A great little feature were the many ice trays which provided us with a large supply of ice for our many outside activities. Thank you.

Family Friendly Stay

Great amenities and location! We brought our 1 year old, and this condo was comfortable for all of us. We really appreciated all the touches that made this place feel like home - all the kitchen and laundry supplies, easy parking, great living spaces indoors and out. Loved being able to walk with the stroller right out of the condo and into downtown.

Great Location All You Need

Would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything. It was very clean, comfortable, well kept, clean and had everything you needed. Communication with Kel was great. He provided so many suggestions in around the area well above what was expected.

Great space in a phenomenal location, very near the major intersection in town. Easy walk.

This unit was spacious , clean, and well appointed. Great kitchen, shower, bed, and living room. Window has view of Moab mountains.

Amazing location and perfectly stocked.

This condo is right in the center of town but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. The owner provided everything you could possibly need from cooking utensils to bathroom items. I especially appreciated all the labels and instructions for products, light switches, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient

In downtown Moab we were able to walk to all of the restaurants we visited and it’s 10 minutes to Arches and 45 minutes to Canyonlands. The condo has EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable, at home stay. If you forgot something (a backpack in our case) it’s probably there. We made two meals utilizing the well provisioned kitchen.

We really enjoyed this property. It was close to downtown and trails. The home was comfortable and clean. Though we left early it was nice to not feel pressured to have to be out by 10 am. We would definitely try to rent here again if we travel to Moab in the future.

Comfortable Moab Stay

This is a well supplied, comfortable condo in East walking distance to the heart of downtown Moab. The hosts had thoughtful provisions with some food items, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the off road parking and found the condo near and clean on arrival. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We are '60 somethings' from Boulder, Colorado. Kel manages rental property full time and Marc writes Community Wildfire Protection Plans. We went to Moab on our first date in the early 90's and we love it now more than ever!

Moab has been our favorite vacation destination since before we got married. We had been camping in Moab for years and we weren't planning to buy a condo the day we saw this one but one look was all it took. A friend had taken two apartments and turned them into beautiful condos with very high end finishes (hand plastered walls and marble countertops in Moab?). And the beautiful back yard was just a wonderful surprise. We have always loved to sit outdoors in the evening in Moab so we were thrilled to discover that we would have a place to do that comfortably with this condo. Being downtown cinched the deal and we bought this place on the spot.

Walking downtown for dinner is the best! Yet it's so quiet, there's no traffic or hotel noise in this neighborhood. Having the huge backyard makes us feel like we've got our own space, even though we're right in the middle of everything. We know you'll love it as much as we do!
