SKI IN/SKI OUT: the ski lift is right across the street (via pedestrian bridge directly from Summit Watch to lift area)!!!!! From Summit Watch to the ski lift, there are all on the same level…no stairs.
FABULOUS LOCATION: right on Main Street in the Historic Old Town (stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc.).
STUDIO UNIT: 300 sq ft with an equipped kitchenette, including a kitchen counter, sink, mini-refrigerator (fits up to the counter), kitchen cabinets, microwave, and coffee maker, and small dining table for two.
One king bed and one sofa bed. Summit Watch categorizes unit as “Maximum occupancy 4”
Complimentary Wi-Fi service in unit.
Complimentary washers & dryers in the resort.
Being a timeshare, the maid service will be an additional arrangement that you can order for a fee if desired.

Smoke-free, pet-free (except service animals) property with indoor/outdoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, concierge, Activity Center (indoor activities), etc.

For your reassurance we can provide numerous ways for you to feel comfortable this is a legitimate offer (including obtaining confirmation of your reservation directly from Marriott, giving you verification of our identities and our professional work, etc.).
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
For 72 hours after booking: 90% refundable
Until 6 months prior to the rental start date: 50% refundable
Until 2 months prior to the rental start date: 25% refundable
After that, nonrefundable.
