Spacious 5th floor unit with balcony overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay! Offering privacy, bay views from every window, and picture perfect sunsets. This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as four. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of
Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.
* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.
* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.
* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.
* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off
*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .
* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.
* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.
* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.

This is a wonderful property for couples and small families. This is our second time staying here and we just love the condo, it’s is just so peaceful to sit on the balcony and relax. It has plenty of amenities and so close to many attractions and restaurants. The grounds around the resort are gorgeous and we love to walk around the beautiful area. A quick trip to the beach and around the grounds by tram. Very easy to get checked in as the host gives wonderful and easy directions on how to get there and checked in to condo.

We had a wonderful time for the few days we were there. The only problem was with the toilet in the bathroom. It runs because the chain is too short for the tank to seal up. Just needs to be adjusted with a new chain.

We really enjoyed our one night stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare dinner. The bay view was amazing! We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset and loved watching the boat traffic throughout our stay. The condo also felt very private, especially while relaxing on the balcony.Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book another stay here in the future and highly recommend this condo! Mark and Melissa

Always great to be walking distance from the Baytown area. Lots of shopping on grand boulevard and restaurants all close by. Pool at this resort is the best. Room was the perfect size and had everything and a few extra nice touches of things needed while we stayed.

Wonderful Stay
Property and location was amazing. Close enough to everything but secluded enough for quiet and privacy if wanted. Owners very easy to communicate with. Second time staying at location and was amazing again!!

Clean, spacious condo with pleasant view. Pool/beach/shopping nearby, happy medium for proximity to both 30A and main Destin strip. Fair price and easy communication with hosts.

We chose Sandestin because there is so much to enjoy for all ages from small children to teenagers to grandparents....and everything is within a short walking or driving distance. We especially like the tunnel for golf carts, bicycles and walkers because we can access the entire resort without ever going out on the highway.

You will look out over tops of pine trees with Destin night lights twinkling in the distance as you enjoy a picture perfect sunset.
