There is no better location in the Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Resort! Escape to paradise in our two bedroom, two bathroom condo with an amazing balcony that overlooks the heart of the Baytowne Wharf. Observation Point South is perhaps the Resort's best kept secret! You will enjoy watching entertainment on the bandstand from your own balcony. The sparkling blue lagoon swimming pool and hot tub is a few steps away, or you can take the complimentary tram to the Resort's sugar white beach! There is also an outdoor fireplace near the swimming pool for late night relaxation.
The vibrant colors of the sea are reflected in the relaxing décor of our beautifully furnished fourth level vacation home. There is a comfortable family room with plenty of cushy seating and a flat screen television for the family. Step out onto our balcony and enjoy an awesome direct view of the Baytowne Wharf excitement!
Our kitchen, with granite countertops is fully stocked with everything you will need to serve delicious meals for your family and friends. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed, a spacious closet, and a master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and is conveniently located across the hallway from a full guest bathroom. For your convenience, our vacation home offers a washer and dryer, garage parking and elevator entrance.
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location at 472 Observation Point South!
