Welcome to world's most beautiful beaches! Our recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on the second-floor in the mid-rise building across from the small pool and play ground. You'll enjoy breath taking views of the beach as you sit on our balcony or stroll along the private white sand beaches of Panama City Beach.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the living room with spectacular views of the ocean. The kitchen is surrounded by beautiful granite counter tops and modern appliances.

The living room has a love seat, great for snuggling, a queen size sleeper sofa, and one large chair to enjoy reading a book or watching T.V.

Let your worries melt away in our comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom as you listen to the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico right outside your bedroom window. The bathroom has two large sinks surround by beautiful granite counter tops with plenty of drawer space.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds with a view of Lake Powell and its own bathroom with granite counter top and cabinet.

Just outside our building you'll find the communities charcoal grill with shelter above to shade you as you cook dinner. There are several picnic tables located here, so there's no need to drag your food back to the condo on those beautiful Florida evenings. This family area has a basketball court, shuffle boards, a playground, Bocca Ball, tennis & a pool, so the kids will be easily entertained.

In addition, Pinnacle Port Resort provides 24-hour on-site secruity and a host of other free amenities, such as Free Movie Night every Tuesday by the big pool during the summer season. You have the convenience of two grocery stores. Publix & Winn Dixie are located within minutes, as well as the newest shopping and entertainment center, Pier Park. Here you'll find large dept. stores like JC Penney's, Dillard's, Target, Walmart, as well as tons of specialty stores. There's a wide variety of restaurants, including The Back Porch, Jimmy Buffet's Margarita Ville, and Five Guys. You'll also find an amusement park and movie theater at Pier Park. We've provided entertainment binder to assist you in locating other entertainment & restaurants in the area.

Our unit has a RING doorbell with security camera. This doorbell and camera only detect activity OUTSIDE of the units front door in the OUTSIDE breezeway area. This is installed for everyones security and ensure that only people with permission are entering the unit.

There is a $30 plus tax resort fee that must be paid prior to arrival. You will rec eive an email link to secure your parking pass.
