WE SPECIALLY RESERVED 2 PADDED BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA FOR YOUR USE WHILE AT AQUA RESORT ABSOLUTELY FREE!! (chairs available March 15th thru October 31st)

Our Luxury unit has upscale furnishings and all the amenities you could want. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living area has a 70”
Smart TV. The Gulf-front master bedroom has 55”and guest bedroom both have 32' tv, dvd player, and a king size bed. Both bedrooms have top of the line plush pillowtop mattresses for a great nights sleep. Our separate bunkroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and dvd player to entertain the kids.

Aqua is Panama City's newest resort situated on 250 feet of sugar white sand and aqua blue waters. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and sunrise from your private balcony that overlook the pools and ocean. Watch the dolphin and parasailers while listening to the ocean waves come ashore. The amenities are first class, it is truly the BEST!!

As you enter the lobby you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls leading to two fabulous outdoor pools. The oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping, one pool is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated. Enjoy a refreshing drink at Tiki Bar and internet hot spot. There is a fantastic workout room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. The parking garage is across the street with an air conditioned walk-over to take you to a bank of elevators leading to your unit.

One block from the new multi-million dollar PIER PARK, that will host many Live Theaters, Live Entertainments, shopping mall, restaurants and much more.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was great. The room was exactly as described!! We stayed for a baseball tournament and it is very close to Frank Brown Park and about 25 minutes to the Publix Sports Park. It is a great location. Close to Walmart for shopping and we walked to Pier Park several times.

Exactly as Advertised with Extras!!

We had a great stay. The owner was very easy to work with. This condo is clean and looks as advertised. We enjoyed all of the extras: throw blankets, beach towels, plenty of hangers, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach service.

Perfect location - very nice condo

First off, you cannot beat the location of this property! It is within walking distance to Pier Park and several great restaurants. Second, the condo was exactly as described and very well stocked both in the kitchen and with beach toys and beach towels. Plus, the owner was very gracious explaining everything! We thoroughly loved this condo and will stay again next year!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was great. Condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Elevators in the building were super fast and parking garage was easy. It was so nice having the beach right out back. Chair service was great and an added perk. Pools were also well maintained.

It was absolutely amazing it looked just like the pictures, room was ready to go had beach towels, cleaning supplys, even had a few sand toys for the kid's. The host Becky was absolutely amazing and very friendly and really easy to communicate with and very helpful, i would highly recommend using them and most definitely will return

Perfect Location

This had been our first time in PCB. The condo we rented was perfect for four adults. You’re right in the middle of everything. A few bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The pools are well kept and the beach access easy to get to. I would definitely recommend property to anyone. Becky was easy to reach and the condo was in as advertised condition. Thanks!

Look No Further

I spent many days (maybe weeks) researching a spot for my Mom’s long term stay in Florida, and it was so worth it. But if you are reading this, I can assure you, that you can stop your search. Beautiful condo, stocked with everything you need. Breathtaking views. Convenient location - you can walk to anything you need. And a terrific experience with Becky, who dealt with our special needs with great care and urgency. Above and beyond.

Great condo!

We have rented many condos in our life! This was a very well stocked condo! Beds slept well! And the owner was super & communicated well at all times!! We were all very satisfied! I do recommend a noise machine or use of phone app for fan/noise in the street side bedroom. And Aqua did have issues with the elevators all week which was very frustrating for all....hopefully that is something that will get resolved.

Great times in PCB!

This condo / property was perfect for our stay at Panama City Beach. I have 2 teenagers and a 6 year old and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Condo has everything you need, is well stocked and very clean. View from balcony and master bedroom windows is amazing! The owner was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions that we had. No hassle and no issues for entirety of trip. Aqua property is also great. Within walking distance to some pretty cool local attractions...very convenient parking garage with a skyway to the property....very cool pools including one that is both indoor / outdoor with a hot tub.....and a super cool little pool bar and restaurant. I highly recommend renting through Becky and staying at this property. Wonderful experience!

Becky was so easy to work with and communicated quickly to any questions.Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable with great sheets!! Showers worked great and felt amazing. The beach view from the balcony was beautiful.Although we didn’t use any there was Extra goodies for the beach available for us to use. If there has to be one the only complaint would be the resort elevators which the owner cannot help of course.
