There is a washer and dryer, and split system air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and the living room has a new sofa bed for additional guests. The condo can sleep 4.

The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickleball courts, and gas grills for your use. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on up to three weeks in advance. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
