ENJOY the most beautiful SUNSETS on the Gulf of Mexico!!!

This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.
Great for vacation with family and friends!

Complex features beachfront heated pool and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.

Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Perfect place if you’d like to walk to shops and eats, weather was amazing and hot but for August that’s a given! Right on beach walk is literally a minute Host was excellent with communication before during and after vacation very friendly and easy to work with

This condo was exactly as described! Beautiful pool and gorgeous beach location! The host was above and beyond responsive! Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come again!

Can't get any better than this. The property was great, clean and had everything we needed. It has been updated some since these pictures were taken, so its even nicer than expected. Right on the beach, the pool was awesome. Within walking distance to restaurants, CVS, and souvenir shops. Definitely recommend and will book again.

The condo was clean, had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was so close and perfect for us. It was a great location and not crowded. The host was great and she was so quick to respond with any questions we had. I will definitely book again and can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The host was extremely communicative and responsive, making check-in and any questions very easy. The location was also perfect — close to everything we needed and in a great area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Kids loved the warm pool and we all enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening on the beach. The condo is in a perfect spot for walking to local restaurants and shops.

Very clean lots of room for the 4 of us. Pool was great and nice place to watch sunsets. Great that we could walk to so many restaurants and bars.

Our stay was wonderful. Place was very clean and the location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments. A CVS walking distance for those last minute things you may forget. Debbie was very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend staying at her condo on the beautiful beach with a clean pool in the property. The grill was super easy to use, made hot dogs for lunch. What a great experience!

We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance.

Amazing access to an uncrowded beach! Loved being able to walk out to beach. The unit was clean and perfect for our family. Being on the street side, there was a little more traffic noise than I am used to. Otherwise great stay!
