ESCAPE to enjoy the most beautiful SUNSETS on the Gulf of Mexico!!!

This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.
Great for vacation with family and friends!

Complex features beachfront heated pool, shuffleboard and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.

Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Everything about this stay was as described in the listing. It was close to great food and drink. The beach was steps away and the pool area was great for relaxing.

Amazing!

We had such a great stay at Debbie's place. It was exactly as advertised, literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and I was expecting to see more damage in the area from the hurricanes but the property looks great and the area seems to be back to normal. We will definitely be back! Debbie was so acommodating and welcoming. Our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Great location....needs a little attention

Very nice condo. Just needs a deep clean. Tiles in main bathroom needs serious scrubbing. Looks like cleaners just do a minimal amount of cleaning. Found a few dishes that were questionable to whether they were washed or not. Also, my husbands feet were black on the bottom from the floors...so they are not cleaned every time. Ceiling fan was quite dirty. Overall, it was a good stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

The access to the pool and beach were incredible! There are shops and places to eat within walking distance. Will be visiting again!

IRB Sandy Isle

This is a great place to stay. Walking distance to so many restaurants and right on the beach. My family loved it here.

Indian Rocks

This place was awesome, located right on the beach. The beach was quiet and not too busy which was really nice. We visited Clearwater during this trip and wow what a difference in the amount of people. If you like a laid back place and chill, this one’s for you definitely!!

Great stay!

What a great spot to stay at IRB! Debbie was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. My only negative review is the washer--maybe need to have major cleaning of it as it looked like there was mold by the door.

Wonderful condo and location

We loved the condo. So much space and right there at the beach. The pool was also nice and it’s such a quiet location but can walk to so much. Will definitely stay here again.

Great time

Condo was great and listing was very accurate, great beach! My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Debbie was awesome to work with we hope to go back next year!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to lots of shops and restaurants and a great ice cream place within walking distance. Grocery store is a easy five minute drive. Beach is fantastic!

Great spot, great amenities

Wonderful location, beautiful beach, beautiful pool. Several great restaurants walkable, and it's a very walkable area. The twin beds were perfect for the kiddos and having towels and chairs to use was so helpful when you fly in. Highly recommend!

Little slice paradise

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The location is central to restaurants and shopping, we only had to drive to get the grocery store. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. The pool is a perfect temperature, and the beach is steps away. Additionally, Debbie, the owner of the condo is such a pleasure to work with. She is responsive and kind and truly wants her guests to have the best vacation. We will be back, thank you for another magical time.

Wonderful stay. Great Location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long wknd in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo was perfectly located, spacious and very clean. It was great to be on the beach and have a pool. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Location is everything

Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance. At times it felt like we were the only people there. The condo was very spacious, updated and clean. Will be staying here again.

Great Condo with lots of space and great location.

We really enjoyed our trip this year. The parking alone is worth it, but add the pool and proximity to beach and restaurants, this condo knocks it out of the park. We loved that there was room not only for our family, but space to invite our family that lives in Clearwater over for dinner.
