The condo was clean and situated just a few steps from an amazing, pristine beach. The view was incredible. Interaction with the Manager was easy and responses were prompt.

Perfect Little Getaway

Since our regular “beach place” was damaged by the hurricanes, we decided we still had to go to the beach. This place was just perfect….Great service and communication, clean, easy check in, very comfortable and right on the beach. Loved it! We would definitely recommend!

The property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is fantastic. Walking out the sliding door directly to the beach is perfect. The property was very clean!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

We stayed in this upstairs condo several months after a couple of hurricanes ravaged St. Petersburg… It was amazingly a beautiful beach spot and the condo unit was lovely and well-equipped! There are only a few suggestions we would make to add to this 1 bedroom place to make it ideal!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was great and the place was clean. Property manager was excellent with communication too! We will definitely be back!

Most peaceful and relaxing stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! And walking straight out onto the beach was exactly what we wanted. We love this place and will book here again.

Winter getaway

First time visiting coastal Florida and this property delivers on location, cleanliness and value for money. I loved waking up to the calming sound of the gentle waves. Such a relaxing week!

Weekend getaway

We wanted a place to relax that was right on the beach but not packed with tourists! This place checked all of our boxes! The host responded to questions quickly and had great suggestions about things to do and places to eat! We will be back!!

Peaceful Beacfront property!

This place was everything we wanted u can look right out the back patio and see nothing but the gulf and the sun rising and setting, so relaxing and peaceful, beach gear was provided umbrellas, paddle boards, beach chairs. Perfect little place! Id recommend and Will be back :)

Clean and neat condo.Awsome sunsets.Just close to everything.We stayed here in September of 2024 and came back in June of 2025 if that says anything.The owners and their team were great.

The property has beautiful views; a lot of beach chairs/beach toys and umbrellas available. The host was responsive, and offered to make changes. A little TLC and upgrading would be suggested to focus on the overall cleanliness; fixing the bedroom door that did not shut; getting a new mattress pad for the pull out couch to include cleaning it each time.
