This is a beautiful home and property with unbelievable views. Our family enjoyed our stay and the communication with Carolyn (host) was friendly and she was easily accessible. I definitely recommend this property!!

Clean ,comfortable , Lakeview, lots of wildlife. Very relaxing. Fishing and hiking. Family friendly.

Beautiful property overlooking Skagway Res. We are all fishers so being close to the Reservoir and Beaver Creek was wonderful. The host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Only thing to consider is the road up to the house can be a little dicey after rains

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love it. It’s not going to be for everyone though… the driveway is steep and rough and the house is a long way from civilization… and I’m not sure Victor even counts. But if you value privacy, nature, quiet, and space… this place is phenomenal.

Amazing location!! More amazing host!! We enjoy everything about this home and Carolyn like our previous stays has been awesome. Highly recommend this location for anyone that wants to get out in the wilderness and truly enjoy Colorado for what it is or just looking to get out of the city and relax.

Everything about this mountain home is amazing!! So peaceful with beautiful views, plenty of room in the house, and the most amazing host. Carolyn is awesome!!! We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us to make our stay just that much more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back to visit this wonderful getaway.

We had a great time!! The house is great and has everything you need. It is remote and the road is rough but if you are looking to get away and have a peaceful relaxing time in nature it is perfect.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at the upper lake house and the Aspen lake house! The homes are beautiful and have everything you need to create an amazing vacation. We will definitely rent again!

Amazing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time secluded in the mountains. It was nice to explore the property and area and we had a great time at area attractions. We were looking for a quiet spot in the mountains and this cabin was perfect. Thank you!

I love this place. It was peaceful and the area was perfect with the view and everything. My kids also enjoyed it very much. 10/10 overall experience

Clean, beautiful, awesome place to get away from it all.

This was a great getaway. The house is clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. We saw deer, turkeys, and two bears. Great place to unwind.

Great spot

Property was great. Neat cabin with picture perfect views. Awesome place for retreat or if you want to stay put. We did activities in Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods and Old Colorado City. Plan on 1.5 hours each way to reach these spots.

Perfect hunting cabin

This cabin was such a blessing to come back to after a long day hunting. We got to cook a nice dinner using the well stocked kitchen and then relax in front of the TV and we all had comfortable beds with lots of space for our stuff. Location was so convenient to the reservoir and creek with amazing views. We definitely would stay here again! Thanks so much!

Ideal secluded getaway

If you are looking for secluded beauty, this is it! While we were there deer and turkeys came by. We sat out on the deck and had the wonderful scenery right in front of us. Only the birds and the Aspens to listen to. The beds were comfy and the furnishings we beautifully decorated. We were sorry to leave so soon.

Peace and quiet

If youre looking for nice, modern, yet somewhat remote, this is the place. Some reviews say 4×4 vehicle required, this is not the case, it is on a dirt road and drive is dirt/gravel and some what steep. More than doable.
