We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, all we needed was provided, and plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the most adorable house that we stayed in. It was perfect for what we were looking for and very affordable. Very cozy and homey feeling. Lots of space. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised and any issues or questions were answered quickly and helpfully. In the evenings we would sit outside and let the kids play in the yard without concern. Location was wonderful for our day adventures and near a park with a stream for the kids to play in. We have several young ones so this was important. We would highly recommend this property and host.

Spider webs in the main upstairs bedroom. One shower wasn’t very clean. Kitchen light fixture had dead bugs in it. Bag of dog poop on the outside table. Disappointing.

Nice house for large families. Great yard for outdoor use with lots of mature trees. Air conditioning struggled to keep up with mid-July heat. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very charming and cozy but plenty of room. Laundry room is there as well. The grounds are beautiful and the host is absolutely excellent. I've stayed here twice. Minutes to just about everything you need.

This is a great family house, centrally located for all the Colorado Springs highlights. The house is well equipped. We had 95 degree days all week. The individual air conditioners kept the house comfortable. The livingroom provided comfortable seating for our group to relax and converse. The kitchen has newer appliances and fully functional with a good sized dining table. There are 3 separate outdoor seating areas. It’s a great place to get away, and have some personal space. The hosts were responsive.

Perfect Stay

We were very impressed with this rental. The booking process was smooth and we had great communication leading up to and during our stay. The location was perfect and only minutes away from Safeway, plenty of dining, and local attractions. The Big House had plenty of parking and the rooms worked perfect for our large group. Would highly recommend for those looking for a pet-friendly place to stay!

Clean and convenient location

Plenty of room to spread out in this clean home! We loved the convenience of this location as it allowed us to hike in the morning and return to the house for a quick lunch before finding another site to explore in the afternoon. Thanks for a great stay!

Christmas stay

Was so thankful to have a Christmas tree for our family during our vacation. This property is nice and we had plenty of space. The hosts were always so quick to return messages. I’d stay here again.

Great house set back from the road.

We had a great time at the Cheyenne Bungalow. The house provided everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the property. We also love that the property is dog friendly. The owners and very reponsive and we will definitely come back.

Springs Weekend Stay

My family and I were in town for a softball tournament and decided to stay at John’s house. It was close to town, but yet in a very secluded yard which was nice. The house was clean and spacious, overall very good experience and would recommend to others.
