Beautiful house with beautiful view

House was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Everything we needed was provided (dishes, soap, utensils, detergent, etc) Check in was super easy. Highly recommend

Highly Recommend!

This house met my every expectation, and the owner was very responsive to all my questions. My family flew to Colorado Springs to have Thanksgiving with my daughter and son in law who are stationed in CS. The home was very clean and up to date. I was worried about cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner in a rental kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and more! The owner thought of everything a renter could want/need and supplied it. I would recommend this rental and owner to anyone wanting a quality rental and hassle-free experience.

Awesome Family Reunion Home❤️

We reserved this home because it is close to our house, and we had out of state family visiting. It was better than i ever imagined! This home was very well appointed and super comfortable for everyone from 4 years old to 40❣️. There were games, plenty of open space for gatherings, a beautiful yard to play in, and the views of Cheyenne Mountain were spectacular!! Many thanks to our awesome Hosts, and i hope to reserve again soon❤️

Perfect week long stay

My husband and I were just here for a week and it was a great experience! We loved that most things we did were 10-20 minutes from the home, and in a nice neighborhood! Would definitely come back

Views! Location! Comfort!

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood home in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook with, the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wonderful liquid toiletries. The beds were so comfy, and the layout takes advantage of the sightlines and natural lighting. Love love love! We are already plotting our next stay! Thank you so much!

We loved this property. The location was wonderful and very close to everything we needed. The home is very well maintained and bonus was watching the cottontail bunnies playing in the back yard. Great Place to Stay by the Broadmoor

This house was perfect for my family of four when we visited Colorado Springs for a few days while on our way to Vail from Texas. We chose this house based on the location to The Broadmoor, photos of the house, and the size. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. It was well kept, well appointed, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Having a garage was also a big plus. I will be staying here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs.

Family reunion

This house is perfectly located to get to all major attractions in CS and every restaurant we picked was a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again. Home was comfortable and the owner responded immediately to the small issues we had.

Outstanding stay!

One of the very best VRBO properties we've stayed at. Dave is a super host: very communicative, always available and provided complete and clear house rules and instructions. The property is roomy with a well kept yard and is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. We were impressed with how well furnished the house was as well as the well-equipped kitchen, high quality toiletries and towels and comfortable bed. This is definitely a place we hope is available during our next visit to Colorado Springs. Highly recommended!

Incredible, fantastic place

In great condition and very well keep with all the essentials you expect to find in your own home. David and management didn’t miss anything. Everything was there from coffee filters, aluminum foil, trash bags, hangers, absolutely everything. The location was perfect for me and the things I wanted my family to see. I recommend it to anyone, you will not be disappointed! Special thanks to David, all the information was on point.

Exceptional property

Visited Colorado Springs to help our son and his wife with their military move to Germany. The home is conveniently located to Fort Carson. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is amazing; it’s comfortable and inviting. We felt like we were staying in a model home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed; David thought of everything. This property will be our go to place whenever we are back in Colorado Springs. The views of Cheyenne Mountain from the home were spectacular.

The house is clean, cozy, & comfortable, & it had everything we needed! The neighborhood is really nice & peaceful & was super convenient for us, as it was right near our family. David is really friendly & helpful! We’ll be back to stay again!
