Welcome to the great life at Forest Ridge in Lincoln! Enjoy this beautifully decorated 3-level townhome in one of the area’s most sought after and well-maintained resort communities. This 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bath getaway can easily accommodate two families with plenty of space for everyone. Enter the open-concept main floor and immediately unwind for a relaxing vacation. A cathedral ceiling, leather furniture, 55” flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace invite you into this mountain retreat. A fully-appointed kitchen with large pantry and washer/dryer make prep easy. Against a natural backdrop of mature trees, the outdoor deck and outdoor gas grill are accessed through the slider off the dining area which features a beautiful wooden artisan dining table with bench seating on both sides for 8+. The counter bar seats another 3. For convenience, a half bath is just off of the living room. The first-floor master features a king platform storage bed, private en suite bathroom, his/her closets and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with king sleigh bed and flat screen TV. A separate full bath and open loft space with sectional sleeper sofa complete this upper sanctuary. Going downstairs, you will find the family room with lots of seating on a huge sectional sofa to have fun together around another 55” flat screen TV. Kids will love the bunk room that sleeps 4. This large, lower level also includes another cozy king bedroom and a full bathroom. This unit is wifi-enabled, with complimentary internet access.

Your stay also includes entry to Forest Ridge’s on-site Sports Club with great indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and steam room.

During the winter season, shuttle bus service to/from Loon Mountain is provided on weekends and holidays.

On hot summer days, keep cool with the split unit air conditioning system on the main floors.

Two assigned parking spaces near unit. Overflow parking available at Forest Ridge Sports Club.

Family get together

The condo easily accommodated 12 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to the mountain, and in a beautiful development. It was perfect for our family get together.

Amazing Stay!

I would absolutely recommend staying here with a group! It’s in a great location, plenty of room, and the hosts were extremely responsive if we needed anything.

great family ski vacation!

Best winter home to rent for a family near Loon Mountain.

I don't know where to begin to give rave reviews to this stunning three level town home. Our number one requirement is an immaculate home. We were so thrilled when we arrived at how clean we found our stunning accommodations. - very spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, -end-unit -three levels to spread out. Toys/ games and a variety of snow shoes to use -first floor washer and dryer -fireplace / gas grill - fully applianced kitchen -close to mountain With our grown children and their families, we will return soon.
