North Woodstock, NH is the next village over and it's a 5 minute drive.

This is the best and easiest location in Lincoln. Location is everything and with this recently updated log cabin you'll be in center of it all when it comes to restaurants, access to Loon Mountain,water rafting, and the shops on Main St.

It gets even better! If you are a family with children than you do not want to pass this property by. The back yard is adjacent to Kanc Recreation where the kids can enjoy a ton of activities including skiing down their own never-too-busy mountain. You can watch your kids ski down the slopes of Kanc Rec from the kitchen windows and then admire them as they head back up on Kanc's very own pull lift. The cost for non residents is around $15+/-.

The layout if the house is as follows:
Two bedrooms are on the first floor of the main house with two other bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft style and overlooks the living room with open air. The 5th bedroom is in its own in-law apartment which is directly above the garage. This bedroom/apartment is a one bedroom in-law apartment that requires separate entry through an outdoor stairs case. The apartment does not directly connect to the main house so you must go outside to get from the apartment to the main house.
a full kitchen and full bathroom are part of the seperate in-law apartment.

This home was purchased the first week of December '24 and we got straight to work already. The home has undergone major upgrades, renovations, and changes to make the stay more modern and enjoyable without sacrifice any of its original rustic charm. All upgrades and changes were completed with our guests in mind.
