800 Feet to the Beach! ( 6 minute walk ) Wifi

Newly renovated beach house located a few short blocks to the quiet, idyllic North Beach. Public beach assess is on either end of Bay Street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance down the driveway and across the street. We renovated and updated the entire house in 2014. New kitchen appliances. Granite countertops. Ceiling fans. Tableware, pots and pans, blender, toaster, crockpot, regular and Kuerig coffee maker are just a few of the amenities. Enjoy your meals at the large kitchen table. There is also seating for 4 in the dining room. Enclosed Sunroom off the kitchen. The Sunroom has a daybed with a trundle that sleeps two. Newly furnished living room with large, flat-screen TV. Queen size beds in all 3 rooms with flat-screen TV's and ceiling fans. Bathrooms have been updated. Large outdoor living space with fenced in backyard. New concrete stamped patio installed in march of 2017. New vinyl fence installed in 2019. Check out the new photos. Relax around the fire pit or grill your 'catch of the day' on the outdoor grill. Challenge family members to a game of corn hole! Grab some beach toys, the wagon and cooler from the shed and head to the beach. We recently installed an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach (cold water). The front porch is getting a face lift and hopefully will be finished by the summer months!

Great vacation house

House was clean and well stocked for a great visit to the beach. Short walk to North beach where we played in the water and watched the dolphins. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We were very pleased with the location and the house.Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants.The house was clean, with great mattresses.The owner allowed us to come inside in case we arrived early.We lacked for nothing.

Great Beach Trip!

Great Little Beach House

Cute house, lots of room and everything you could need. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as the historic district. Will definitely book again.

Great Beach House

Very spacious, clean and beautiful. Very close to the beach and delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay as we had this planned for our family vacation for sometime. We were extremely pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

Only thing missing was a hot tub/ swimming pool

Thanks for the 5 star review. The North beach by the lighthouse is two miles away. Very doable by bike. The South beach by the pier is three miles at most. Across the street from our house are two public access routes to the beach. It is very walkable. We also love Huc a Poos ( the restaurant behind our house)! I wish we had a hot tub and a pool too! Enjoyable beach home!

Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and number of bedrooms which accommodated 5 adults and an 18 month old. It was great being so close to beach access, some shops and restaurants as well as the lighthouse. We had a wonderful time!

Great place!

Location, location, location!

This house is so convenient for beach access, good coffee and shopping. It's great if you want to venture into Savannah but not have the overnight noise. Tybee Island offers great dining if you want to stay local. We have stayed in this house twice.

Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It has a fire pit which our teenage grandsons wanted to use every night. It is a comfortable walking or driving distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and Savannah. Would highly recommend this place.

Comfy home on the north side

We enjoyed our first time at Tybee staying in this comfy home that is walkable or bike-rideable to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen/sunroom is nice for gathering as is the patio. Huckapoos is practically next door and a fun spot!

Clean and spacious

Lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in both the inside and outside space. It was a easy walk to the beach and even easier to grab coffee.

Spacious by the Ocean

The house was perfect for our stay! It was much more spacious than I assumed it would be. It’s a very short walk to the ocean and an even shorter walk to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We really enjoyed being on this side of Tybee!

Ideal Location

Very gracious host. House is charming and well appointed with the necessities for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds, furniture, and outdoor areas. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and shopping. All year long there is pay to Parkin Tybee, so it’s nice to be at an easily walkable location.
