Recently updated with new flooring and remodeled bathroom. RESERVED PARKING #214 - directly below! Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.
Cancellation Policy:
1. 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
2. 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
3. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days.
NOTE: Pool area and common areas are monitored with security cameras.
