Beautiful four bedroom lakefront property located within ten minutes of downtown Burlington. Situated on an acre of private property at the end of a dead end street, privacy and views are what make this home special. Over 100 ft. of direct private lakefront access out of your back door. With versatile indoor and outdoor space, this house comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Large flat lawn is perfect of lawn games and kids. Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away.

Enjoy your meals and sip your coffee from the wrap around deck, including a large screened in section, overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains. Be sure to catch the sunsets from both living and dining rooms. This recently updated home is equipped with all your needs for short or extended stay in Vermont.

Great Home; Great Location

This spot is a hidden gem - literally. At the very end of a long private drive serving a few houses, you feel like you are all alone overlooking Lake Champlain! And only a short 15-minute drive to the heart of Burlington and UVM (shorter drive to the airport). This is a must-stay location!

Back Again!

We returned to this wonderful property to discover several fabulous improvements since our last visit in 2024: new large refrigerator, attractive porch furniture, welcomed air conditioning, etc., plus the place was clean and shiny! The house's location with views of the bay and lake are fabulousl, plus it is within about 5-20 minutes of the main tourist attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, plus we met three nice families who live on the same road. Lovely spot!Communicating with Jacob and Jesse was fast and easy, plus they left us the nicest welcome basket we have ever received. Needless to say, we hope to be back again in 2026!

The view was absolutely amazing. We were there for my son’s wedding. All the groomsmen got ready prior to the wedding. Great gathering place.

Loved this property!

Loved this property! This home has an incredible view of Lake Champlain. There was plenty of space for the entire family and in an excellent location. Easy drive to downtown and the airport. The house is well stocked and comfy. We loved being able to easily take the kayaks and tubes out on the lake. So relaxing!

Overall a good stay

Overall this stay was good. The beachfront was small and rocky, so be careful if you are traveling with small children. The property also only had one very old AC unit in one bedroom in the basement. If booking during the summer months be careful because it will get hot and humid. Otherwise, good location, good amenities, and very easy check in

LOVE-ly Lake House

We have rented four different vacation homes over an eight-year period, and this one is our favorite because of the following: its location on the lake/bay (sweeping sunset views which we love); large kitchen; two large great rooms, one on each level; the sizes of beds (one king, three queens with comfortable mattresses); two full bathrooms; and both a deck and a screened in porch. While the other rentals have had most of the above, this is the only property we found to tick all our "want to have" boxes. It's unbelievable how many rental houses are out there that only have one full bath and mainly full-sized beds, bunk beds, and twins. Not ideal for "grownups"! Thanks to the owners for the thoughtful gift basket which greeted us on our arrival. Plus, there was a nice note to help ourselves to any books we wanted to take home. I am an English teacher, so you know I welcomed and accepted that offer! I also found communicating with Jacob to be very quick and easy to get questions answered and to share information. In summary, this is a LOVE-ly house in a great location! We hope to return next year.

Peaceful and scenic

We stayed for a long weekend and loved looking out at the lake every day. The porches and huge glass windows made it feel like we were floating above the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to cook meals and the huge lawn was a bonus for our children.

We had a wonderful time! We used the kayaks, the grill, large tube, and practically lived on the deck and screened porch. We couldn’t be happier!

Eclipse at Burlington

Perfect location looking over the lake, lovely house, communication with host very easy and quick. We all had a great time. Had a perfect view of the eclipse and enjoyed watching the birds. The house was everything we hoped for and well equipped. Although as Brits we were confused by the lack of a kettle to make tea!

Wonderful home to gather with friends and family

Spacious & very comfortable house. Beautiful surroundings, great location. Gathered with family and friends. Conversations, game playing, meal creating (excellent kitchen) exploring Burlington and much laughter. Enjoyable watching weather changes and water fowl on the lake. Saw fox a few times. Took advantage of walks from the house. Very easy to communicate with owner for questions. Look forward to returning next year.

Spectacular Views of a Lifetime

Our stay at this home provided us with the most spectacular views of Lake Champlain & the Adirondack Mountains off in the distance. During our stay, there was a full moon & the views of it reflecting on the lake at night were amazing. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the home, but the rest of it was nice, too! The house was very comfortable, very functional, & very dog-friendly. If we ever return to VT, we would definitely want to rent this vacation home again.

Another Fantastic Stay

This was our third summer staying in this house, and we already can’t wait to come back again next summer. The house is awesome, a wall of windows/sliding doors across the living gives an incredible view of the lake at all times, only to be topped by the screened in porch which the highlight of the house with its views and plenty of space and seating for meals and gathering. We loved swimming and using the kayaks in the lake, grilling on the Weber grill, and playing board games with a view. The location of the house is ideal - close to Downtown Burlington and just off Route 7 but yet down a short dirt road so you feel like you are miles away from commercial activity. Communication with the property managers is easy, and the house has everything you need in terms of where to find groceries, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this house.

Peaceful Lake Retreat

My family loved our stay. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything you need. The lake was perfect for kayaking + paddle boarding or just viewing from the deck with a coffee or cocktail. Plenty of room for myself, my spouse, my 2 girls and my parents.

Perfect Lake Champlain Retreat

We stayed here for a week over Memorial Day, the weather was perfect and the property was even better. Check in was a breeze, instructions were detailed, and the house had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Fast wifi for some work. Close proximity to downtown Burlington as well as outdoor hikes. We will be back!

Beautiful property

Beautiful, clean property! Absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind. The views are gorgeous and the house has so much space and has anything you need. Location to Burlington and UVM was convenient and we absolutely would stay at this property again and recommend to others!

Private, Modern House on Shelburne Bay

We are a 60-something retired couple. We stayed 13 days in this clean, modern and very private house right on Shelburne Bay. The house was as advertised and well-stocked with linens and paper products. The view through the Living Room windows can't be beat... Shelburne Bay and Lake Champlain are right there, with the Adirondacks in the background! Located 15 minutes from the Burlington Waterfront and Bike Path. Lots of history and other attractions (Ben & Jerry's). We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful oasis so close to everything,

We loved this well-appointed, gorgeous split-level home for a long weekend with our adult children. Awesome in and outside gathering areas including lake access. Mere minutes from all the breweries, parks and paths you could want!

Perfect Lake location

This house was ideal for a family vacation and the location was perfect to downtown Burlington and all the activities. Also the house was ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. We look forward to staying again soon

Fantastic House in an Amazing Location

This was the second summer our family stayed in this house, and we already cannot wait to go back next summer! The location is amazing - right on the lake with its stunning sunsets and glorious breezes and 10 minutes drive to downtown Burlington. The split level layout is perfect for extended family or two families, and the open concept main room is all views out the sliding glass doors. The best “room” of the house is the screened in porch though with its perpetual breezes and beautiful views. The house has everything you need including kayaks which we took out and a beautiful Weber grill. The hosts are very responsive and great to correspond with. I cannot recommend this home enough!
