There is something magical about Anna Maria Island! Share our Island paradise

We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida.

Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free, air conditioned trolley offers rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel.

Our newly updated condo is located in a quiet neighborhood just 85 flip-flop steps to the pure white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our Island is 7.5 miles long and made up of 3 cities; Anna Maria is on the northern tip, and the widest part of the Island. Holmes Beach is in the middle and this is where the public beach is located. WE are located in Bradenton beach, in between the Manatee and Cortez bridges. This is the most narrow part of the Island and offers the best beach access.

Our Condo is a corner unit that is always bright and sunny. The condo includes two bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed (new mattress 2024) and 43" flat screen TV with ROKU. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds with new mattresses (2024). The twin beds can be converted to a KING making this a perfect place for couples. Also includes and 20" flat screen with ROKU stick.
The living area has a new (2024) 55" mounted Samsung SMART Flat screen TV including premium cable and WI-FI.

NEW* in 2025: A washer/dryer all in one combo has been added for your convenience as well as a full kitchen remodel including new DISHWASHER, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator!

The leather couch has double power reclining chairs.

Our newly updated condo is just what you need to relax.

Such a wonderful place to stay! From a very clean and comfortable space to excellent communication from host! So close to the beach, completely stocked with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, cooler, towels, and wagon! The kitchen was very clean and organized and had everything you could need! Appreciated all communications and recommendations from host! Would highly recommend for a fabulous stay on the beach!!

Perfect location! Perfect condo for a family of 3 or 4. The condo is well supplied with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. The swimming pool is very nice. Great communication with the host. We really appreciated the beach/pool supplies and cooler. We will stay here again if ever returning to Anna Maria island.

Loved our stay. Check in was extremely easy. Clean, safe, convenient, and generally everything you could ask for to have an stress-free and pleasant beach experience. I especially loved that the stay came with all needed beach supplies that was incredibly vital and I’m so appreciative for that.

This property was perfect for my family of 3. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus considering our flight got in at 11am. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had zero issues. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook meals at home. Just a short little walk to the beach and trolley stop made this property so convenient.

Fantastic vacation

The place is absolutely adorable with everything you might need. The beds are awesome, slept really good! The host Veronique was the sweetest person to deal with. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to Anna Marie Island.

Great location

We've stayed a couple times now and the location is great for us. Beach is a short walk, and there's lots of beach amenities supplied by the owner, so that makes it nice. The condo is a great size for us, clean, and has everything we need. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space in the condo. The location was wonderful…just a short walk to the beach, the park, and the trolley stop! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fun girls trip

Condo is cuter even in person! So close to the beach and we ended up renting a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.

Had a great stay at this condo. The location is fantastic. It being right across the street from the beach is super close and an easy walk. No further than if you were staying at a large resort and have to walk down. The location is also on a part of the beach that isn't super near public parking, so it's not overly crowded. Parking is easy and just outside the condo.The place itself is modern and new inside. The outside is recently refreshed and clean. The condo feels clean and fresh and feels like good quality. We've stayed in places before that cheaply put together just to turn a buck and that was NOT this place. It's very well stocked and is a comfortable place to stay. Communication with Veronique was excellent and check-in/out was super easy. We stayed 2 adults and 2 teenage children and the place was perfect. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful unit in an ideal location

This condo is a little gem in a particularly lovely part of Anna Maria. Great restaurants within a few blocks. The great shops and bars on Bridge Street are just down the street. A very comfortable, beautifully appointed accommodation.

Our first AMI trip

This was our first time visiting AMI. Happy we ended up choosing Veroniques property. She was quick to answer all questions. Everything was clean and stocked with all essentials. Super easy quick walk to the beach, our family had a blast.

Veronique was an exceptional host. She ensured we were well-informed by letting us know in advance about all the activities planned during our stay, as well as the general activities available in the area.The condo itself was immaculate and had some recent upgrades that made our stay even more comfortable. Great oasis

This was a great little condo, beautiful pool, close to beach and trolley stop, all the amenities you will need. The host was very responsive, very helpful, and kind. The condo itself as well as the property was very clean. It had all.the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this property!
