We enjoyed the use of the boat dock and the quick walk to the beach! This condo was perfect for us to enjoy with our toddler grandson. We appreciated the playpen, beach toys and beach chairs that were available when we arrived.

We had the best time for our 10th anniversary trip! This rental was perfect, as was the location! The bay view is a 10/10! You can watch the sunrise right from the balcony, living room, or master bedroom!

Our stay was incredible! The place was very clean and the balcony was perfect overlooking the bay and the ocean was just across the street. This is exactly what staying on Anna Maria Island should be like. And our hosts were very accommodating which made the entire vacation perfect!

We had a most wonderful time staying here. Just as advertised with beautiful bay views and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Free trolley stop in front of property. Easy check in and check out and very attentive hosts.

This was a wonderful property. The pictures gave a realistic view of property. The view was amazing and quick communication with any questions we had. Super close to the beach and lots of beach accessories in unit to use. We will definitely be returning. Made lots of great memories.

We had a wonderful stay. Bay Watch had everything we could possibly need for our two week stay. It was walking distance to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. We loved watching the dolphins and manatees from our balcony facing the bay. We even saw a shark one day! Loved our stay

We loved our stay at the Palms!!! The view from the bay is peaceful and beautiful. We saw dolphins and manatees! The actual condo was so clean and nice and homey. It’s a great location, walking distance to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. The host and management company were very nice and helpful and even let us stay for an extra day! We would love to come back to this beautiful place.

As soon as we walked in there was a bad smell. It smelled like someone was smoking and mildew. We noticed the kitten vent was leaking and then we noticed all the vents were leaking. I have asthma which started bothering me quickly. There was discoloration and some paint chipped in the room we were going to stay in so the leak wasn’t new and it was likely mold we were reacting to. I had to sleep in my car because I had trouble breathing. My wife had a cough and terrible headache. We stayed one night only because we were tired from traveling. I told Terry about the issues and just asked if we could stay at another one of his condos. It was my wife’s birthday celebration and I didn’t want it to be ruined. Terry said no and called me a liar and said I didn’t sleep in my car. I then asked to be reimbursed all but the one night and he again said we wouldn’t get any money back. We have pictures which we showed to management and VRBO and no one compensated us for it. Not only was my wife’s birthday ruined but the host was nasty with his response.

We take every guest concern seriously and are proud of our record of 21 consecutive five-star reviews, along with the awards and recognition we have received from Vrbo for providing an outstanding guest experience. In this instance, we respectfully disagree with the guest’s account of events. Both the guest and his wife stated that they had been forced to sleep in their vehicle overnight. However, after reviewing our security footage, we found that this claim was inconsistent with what the footage showed. We also investigated the concern regarding condensation on the air-conditioning vents. Based on our review of the circumstances, we believe that opening the doors and windows while operating the air conditioning at its lowest setting contributed to the moisture issue. We stand behind our property, our team, and the experience we strive to provide every guest. While we welcome legitimate feedback and continuously look for ways to improve, we also believe it is important to correct the record when statements do not align with the evidence. Our history of guest satisfaction, consistent five-star reviews, and Vrbo recognition speak to the quality of our service. We remain committed to providing excellent accommodations and professional service to our guests, and we are confident that our established track record speaks for itself.

Only thing that was a bit disappointing is that we were expecting an actual twin bed in the bedroom, not a trundle bed.

We had a great stay! The kitchen was adequately supplied that we could cook a modest Christmas day meal for the family. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the boats, dolphins and jumping fish. We walked to all the restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The property was absolutely perfect. The view from the family room and bedroom were amazing. Drinking coffee and watching dolphins were an added bonus. I can’t wait to go back!
