Woody is a great host and communication was swift, clear and helpful. Everything was really five stars but I gave it a four for description only because the layout was a little different and that was hard to communicate through photos. The main living area is upstairs and that is generally not a problem unless you have mobility problems. We truly enjoyed our time there and JP is a wonderful neighborhood. We would very happily stay at Woody's again.

I'm sorry, Becky, that the apartment did not meet your standards. Of the approximately 150 guests we've welcomed since offering the space for rent you are literally the only one who has complained about the layout of the rooms or the size of the bathrooms. On the contrary, guests have raved about the number of bathrooms (2.5), their cleanliness, their heated floors and the Japanese heated, bidet-style toilet seats, I hope future potential guests will find their way past your unprecedented comment to this honest response. I thank you for leaving the apartment as you found it; I wish you safe and comfortable onward travels.

Attractive lodging in the heart of Jamaica Plain. With the subway just down the block, a great place to stay for a visit to anywhere in the Boston area. Our host was an excellent communicator.

Lovely Place to Stay When Visiting Boston!

Woody and Pauline are the best hosts! The location is great - subway station is a block away, restaurants are within walking distance, and everything about the property was comfortable and welcoming.

Great location and home

The home is spacious, had everything you need for a nice family stay. Minutes away from the T stop so very easy to access public transport. Off street parking makes for an easy stay.
