Gorgeous 5BR-7ba cabin; Theatre room, huge game room, close to everything!

Welcome to Time Out! This cabin has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms- each with a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tubs. There is also an additional half bathroom on the main level, as well as another half bathroom on the lower level. The top level of the home has 2 king suites as well as a loft/sitting area/office area. The main level has a large kitchen with all the amenities, a large living room with new couches as well as a big screen smart tv, and a laundry room with a BRAND NEW DRYER (I know a few of the reviews on this cabin mentioned some concerns about the dryer, but I just replaced it as of June 7, 2022, so it is brand new and works great!). There are also 2 more king bedrooms suites on this level. Then head downstairs to the game room, where you'll find a pool table, DoubleShot basketball game, Golden Tee, fooseball, air hockey, board games and a hot tub on the back deck. There is a separate living area with a large screen tv, AND a theatre room. There is also a 2nd kitchen and a 5th king bedroom suite, again with it's own private bathroom. ALL FIVE bedrooms in this cabin also have their own private outdoor balconies. This cabin is truly beautiful, and it's very centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment. You won't be disappointed!

Girls Trip 2025

The property was just as listed in the bio. We had our annual girls trip and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the cabin had to offer. The only problems were 1. they didn't want you to stream on their Wi-Fi so you had to use your own hotspot 2. there was an infestation of stink bugs and lady bugs. Overall it was a beautiful cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Grandma's 85th birthday celebration

Our family rented the cabin for 5 nights. It was really nice that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom as well as having the 2 extra half baths. We utilized the sofa beds which worked out nicely too. We cooked our meals 4 nights out of the 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having the crockpots and larger pots since we had a big group. We had a couple small issues which we addressed with Sierra and she was fast to respond with a resolution. The kids really enjoyed the game room and we also watched a movie together in the movie room. We had a nice time and the cabin worked well for us. Our vacation ended with snow on the last day so it was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Great house for a large group!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Our group consisted of people from 27 years old up to 90 - plenty of space to hang out together. There is a lot to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is also plenty to do at the house - large game room with a bar and a theater room to watch football! All in all a great place to vacation.

Great time at this beautiful cabin

Our family of four generations loved our time at this cabin! It is so beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed all the games and the theater room. Communication with Sierra was great. She responded quickly and positively. Our whole family agreed that we would love to stay here again! Thank you so much, Sierra!

Beautiful Home

It was a great place to stay. I did enjoy playing Golden Tee almost every night till 2 AM. Accommodations were great, house has everything you need.

Time Out

Beautiful home. Great location. On the mountain but not so far that you can’t run to the store for something. Great layout. 2 upper bedrooms and loft area with pullout couch. 2 main floor bedrooms with stocked kitchen and plenty of living room seating. Lower level had 1 bedroom and a pullout couch in game room area. Theater room with new couches is also downstairs. Small kitchenette downstairs with bar area. Manager was super fast to respond when I had questions. Some things I brought to her attention after we left that I’m sure will be resolved: upstairs freezer had a water line leak which has affected the floor under it, possible mold above 1 shower, jets didn’t work in 1 tub and the gas grill needs replaced. It is not safe for use. The downstairs freezer was left open and the fridge was definitely not wiped down by the cleaning staff. One thing that is note worthy is that they ask you to connect your phone to the tv to stream anything because they only have dsl. As a side note: I loved that the linens were nice. They weren’t the typical white, nasty reused linens you find in a lot of rentals. I would absolutely rent this home again. It is by far our favorite we have rented since we started coming to the area 6 years ago.

Family vacation

The property was as described. It was easy to find and in the perfect location for going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My whole family was able to stay all together in the cabin with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed having our own space but also big enough spaces for us to all be in one room. Property manager was quick to respond and get immediately get a plumber on site to fix a leaking faucet handle we noticed shortly after arriving. We definitely would stay here again

Wedding weekend

This property worked so well for our short visit for a family wedding in the area. Hope to one day plan for a longer visit. The property manager was very together with communication and it was a very easy and comfortable trip.

Great cabin close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg!

This is our 2nd time staying at the "Time Out" cabin. It works perfectly for our group of friends/family. We love that the bedrooms all have king beds and jacuzzis. The hot tub, movie theatre, game room, and large dining table are also a hit! The cabin is located in a great area to access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again! :)

2023 vacation

Excitement until we entered the chalet, dust everywhere, ceiling fans, mantle, air vents. All Bathrooms had dead bugs on the floor and shower. The stove worked but is in bad shape when we cooked breakfast an dinner, smokes a lot. Electrical outlets by the stove did not work. Bathroom had no soap and 1 roll of toilet paper. Gas grill was disgusting and needed to be cleaned before we grilled. The dinning room chairs all had plastic on them and ripped to pieces. Brother in Law came downstairs barefooted and walked around the kitchen making breakfast, sat down with his feet up and his feet were black. Only 3 dishwashing tablets and only 3 kitchen garbage bags, only 2 kitchen towels. This place has so much potential but as of today we would never rent this place or recommend it to any of our friends until I know improvements were made. We love Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and can’t wait to return. Please take this critique as it was meant, to help improve vacationers experience. Thank You Doug

Disappointed/ Embarrassed

Some couples in our Marriage group take a yearly trip to get away and refresh and reflect on our marriage. The cabin’s layout was perfect because it had five master bedrooms. But the cabin wasn’t cleaned, we found mole, dishwasher dispenser broken, filter hadn’t been changed since January ( it was documented), shower curtain liners were ripped, rings around the toilet bowls, hot tub was damaged on the outside (busted cabinet looked like it had been smashed, could see wires but owner thought we’d take her word on it being safe), chair in theatre room broken, screen to back porch ripped! I texted the owner but she said everything wrong had to be reported in 24 hours. It hold her I should not have to go in and do a thorough inspection, the cabin should of been as the pictures were online. We rented in good faith that the cabin would be clean & no repairs needed. It was so much until we took pictures and sent to her. We paid her the asking rental price and had to deal with all the problems we encountered. She refused to do anything about our inconveniences and aggravation on the condition of this property. It was totally embarrassing for my husband and I. We go to the smoky mountains every year to retreat and have stayed in other locations but never have had any problems such as we encountered at cabin “Time Out”. Usually property owners try to make make up for their slackness by discounting but this lady didn’t seem to care about our vacation not being relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful spacious cabin

We absolutely loved our week here! So many great family memories were made in the game room and around the dinner table! Enough space for 3 families and perfect location to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean but amenities need help

This was a very clean cabin, but unfortunately the amenities that were advertised were very sub par. After contacting them about the fridge that was broken all we were told is that there is one downstairs and the upstairs was going to be fixed. (This was not informed to us prior to arriving at the cabin). Downstairs fridge cannot support food and drinks for 10 people. Communication on VRBO before check in dates was not great did not receive a reply. Communication was obtained after check in through phone # in cabin. Majority of remotes were missing batteries. Half of the lights in the cabin were burnt out. Dishwasher was not secured to the cabinets. Wi-Fi was throttled (could not stream) (should be included into the description.) Golf machine did not work. Only 3 chairs at a poker table. Basketballs were mismatching and deflated. Theatre remotes were missing. Overall very happy about the cleanliness of the cabin, but the amenities were disappointing.

Ok experience

The house I was big enough to accommodate our family. The refrigerator did it cool and we had to throw away several items. The owner did have someone to look at it but he was unable to repair it. One of the bathtubs upstairs h had dirt and mold coming out from the jets when used so it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The hot tub was usable but was dented on the outside. The games downstairs were nice to have but some didn’t work properly. There weren’t enough utensils for a large group . Overall the house was a good size for a large group but it needs a new refrigerator, games repair or replaced, purchase of utensils and hot tub upgrade.

We had fun!

Cabin was large, clean, nicely decorated and had a great layout. There were 7 women and we each had tons of space and privacy, but the living room was spacious enough for all of us too. Water pressure, water temp and internet were great for the mountain location. I was surprised it was in a development or neighborhood of cabins so there were a lot of people around and it is far from secluded. However, you couldn’t hear the other cabins if you were inside so it was no problem. Easy to get to and close to town. Would recommended

The place is BEAUTIFUL!! The only room that could have been cleaned more was the media room….it was not vacuumed and there were a lot of light out…..like 1s goin down the stairs and the 2 main 1s in the living room. But other then that it was a BEAUTIFUL chalet

Property needs attention

There were things that need attention that we brought to the property managers attention as we came across them. Unfortunately the only thing she could get taken care of on (our 3 day in) was the fireplace in the living room.

Great central location

Great for family trip. We had 4 adult couples. Nice for each to have their own bathrooms. Large table so all could be together. Easy access to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg
