Master bedroom with bath, two other bedrooms which share a hallway bathroom. There is also a loft that serves as an extra family room/bedroom with built in bed/sofa with 55" UHDTV. Outside shower. Each room has its own deck with views of the bay. New Central air, full-sized washer and dryer. 3 Cable HD TVs, BluRay and DVD/VCR, high speed internet access (wi-fi). Quiet block in southern Dewey Beach two blocks below the Rusty Ruddy. Lovely home with all the amenties of your own home. Perfectly located within walking distance of all that Dewey Beach has to offer. You can bike to Rehoboth Beach or take the Jolly Trolley. The Delaware State Seashore park is on our door step. We have been coming to Dewey Beach our entire life and this property was carefully selected. This townhouse is well maintained. We take pride in this property and it shows when you stay here as our guest.

This property is in excellent condition with all the modern amenities for a perfect vacation. Great location with amazing views of the bay and a short walk to the ocean/beach. It is located walking distance to the restaurants, but a away from the hustle and bustle. (GREAT week day rental opportunities in the summer)
