All linens are provided including sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. There are two cable tv's, and WiFi for internet access. The patio offers top of the line Ratan lounge chairs and a love seat so you can relax and enjoy the 180 degree view of the beach.
Enjoy the wonderful full-size pool right outside your back door. Elevator Access to our top floor condo with the fabulous view. Coin operated laundry located on every floor of each building, Reserved parking spot; outdoor grills and shuffleboard fun are waiting. Walk through the Siesta Key Village where shopping and dining options are everywhere and only minutes from your home. If you are in the mood to explore, Sarasota has many fine art galleries, upscale shopping, dining, golf, theatre, sunset dinner cruises and sailing on the Gulf.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is excellent. Easy access to the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful ocean and sunset views from the balcony. The condo and the property overall are well maintained. Checkin was easy and the communication with the office was excellent.

Condo is beautiful, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you will need. Bed was comfortable, loved the lanai and the view of the ocean. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Siesta Key location
Beautiful ocean front condo fully furnished with everything. Sunsets are spectacular and heated pool was refreshing.

The Porch Makes It All Worthwhile
This property was exactly as stated and the views from the porch were perfect. Easy walk to the beach or up the road to the village. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful views - Friendly people
Great time in Siesta Key ! We stayed Labor Day week and Red Tide was gone.
We swam and weather was wonderful!
Beautiful condo and such great views!
Will definitely consider going back !!

Spring Get Away
Accommodates were wonderful. Walking distance to the village and restaurants. Beach was awesome, voted #1 best for 2024. Was a very restful getaway from the cold midwest weather.

Beautiful Beach
Excellent location on beautiful quality beach area. Condo grounds were lovely and well kept. All of the beach necessities were provided for a relaxing stay. Condo itself was just as pictured, well stocked with ultimate view and comfortable lanai. You will be so happy staying here.

Crescent Royale
We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Crescent Royale on Siesta Key! From the condo to the pool to the proximity to the beach it was all PERFECT. We can't wait to stay again soon! 5 stars for sure!!!

Property owner is not directly associated with the complex. There were a few questions that were challenging to find out to whom our questions were to be directed.Also, we were doing a late checkin due to a late flights and directions were a little sketchy as to how to find our keys and codes when we arrived. I would suggest doing everything possible to arrive by checkin time

Great location!
The condo is in a great area, directly across from the beach, and the view from the lanai was spectacular. The staff at the property were very helpful - especially Sal in maintenance. It is a nice gated property, and we felt comfortable and safe there.
