The property was as described on Vrbo. Amazing ocean front property. Karen was very easy to work with and always responded promptly. For the price, we did feel that the condo required refreshing. The linens weren’t fresh, seemed like they were not washed between guests. We had one towel per person. We experienced ants on the kitchen countertop throughout the stay. Maybe, because it was considered off season, lots of maintenance was going on.

The linens are always washed between clients. My cleaner has two of everything so one set goes with her after cleaning for her to wash and the new, clean set is put in. I provide 6 towels, wash clothes and hand towels since the maximum that can stay is 6. There is also an in unit washer and dryer. As far as the ants, I apologized and the exterminator was called to come. We have had excessive rain here with humidity so the ants come in. Again, I apologized. The unit is not dated as we bought the unit in 2020, replaced all furniture, remodeled the kitchen, new lanai furniture x 2 and repainted. As you stated, the pictures on VRBO reflect the unit so this told you what the unit’s appearance would be upon check in. My unit is competitively priced and I receive 5 star ratings. I’m sorry you were disappointed.

Great stay

Wonderful location and exceptional beach view and access. Owner /property manager communications were timely and informative. Well appointed and plenty of amenities.

Great little place to stay to get away from it all

I love the location and all the amenities.The view was undeniable and I could listen to the ocean All Night PERIOD aside from a little. How's cleaning, the place was absolutely delightful

Everything met our expectations. The unit was as advertised. The location, the unit, the beach and amenities were all perfect. The unit was well stocked with all the items we needed for cooking. We walked to shops and dinner. Our host was always available to answer questions. I would stay again next year if we chose to stay in that area.

A wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautiful , clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean! It was just a restful place , decorated so beautifully! The owner is so kind , efficient and answers all questions very quickly. We had such a wonderful time and this condo just made it better!

Everything was very nice we had a great stay. Only complaint is there was no paper towels and hardly any toilet paper.

I am so happy you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for not providing one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. It was an oversight on the cleaning crew. It was brought to their attention. I hope to host you again.

Winter Break Family Trip

Stayed for the week and couldn’t ask for a better location and condo. The heated pool was amazing during warm afternoons and unbelievable sunsets. Communication with Karen was clear and responsive. Instructions were easy to follow for arrival and departure. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view and great condo!

Spent 2 weeks in December and the condo has a beautiful view, is extremely clean and comfortable and fully stocked with everything that you need. The beach was spectacular with plenty of chairs and umbrellas available! Communication with owner was timely and informative. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect winter get-away from the cold up north

Fantastic location with exceptional views of the gulf, sunsets and access to the private white quartz sandy beach. The condo (604S) was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Our host Karen was kind and communicated very well. It was a perfect winter get-away from the cold up north.

Paradise

We stayed for an amazing week. Great weather. Hard packed cool sand to get to the water. Nice outdoor shower to rinse off. Beach umbrella guy was awesome. The unit is well appointed and I love the decor. I enjoyed the screened in balcony too. The guest shower with safety handles was especially appreciated. Thanks for a great visit

Spring Break 2025 Success

As you can read in previous comments, Karen is an excellent communicator. She was a great host. Location is amazing. The beach chair service was fantastic, such a great perk. Groceries are close. The shuttle and trolley operate for free and are frequent. The Daiquiri Deck had happy hour daily 3P-6P. Running was safe on the road and great on the beach. Unit is equipped for families with kids, teens and adults.
