YOUR COUNTRY VILLA RETREAT NEAR NASHVILLE

Enjoy your own private 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa nestled on 11 beautiful acres in upscale Goodlettsville, a quiet suburb of Nashville. While the villa shares one wall with our main residence (similar to a condo or townhouse), your living space and private entrance ensure privacy and comfort.

This villa is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking a blend of peace, space, and proximity to Nashville. Many guests tell us how our location feels like a true escape from city noise — with no close neighbors — yet remains convenient to all that Nashville has to offer.

Need more space? Guests can expand to the 4-bedroom layout, adding 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) and an additional bath for larger groups (fees apply).

• Outdoor pool (April–Sept), reserved in private time slots for guest groups
• Game room with arcade games, pool table, and air hockey (may be used occasionally by us or our guests during 2BR stays)

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private keypad entry to their villa. Shared amenities (pool, game room) are scheduled for privacy. We’ll send arrival details before check-in. Come and go as you please!

The Neighborhood:
PEACEFUL ESCAPE WITH NASHVILLE AT YOUR DOORSTEP

Located in historic Magnolia Station, our villa sits just 2 miles from I-65 and about 10 minutes from Rivergate Mall’s shopping and dining. Downtown Nashville is 20–30 minutes away, offering music, dining, and nightlife. The charming antique shopping district of historic Goodlettsville is just 4 miles away.

Despite the quick drive to city attractions, our home feels like a country retreat, set ¼-mile down a gravel driveway with deer, turkeys, and grazing cattle often seen nearby. No nearby neighbors mean fewer worries about noise complaints or disruptions — an advantage over typical city rentals.

Getting Around:
Uber serves our property directly. Typical rides to downtown Nashville range $23–$43. Many guests arrive and discover how relaxing our property is — wishing they’d planned extra days just to unwind here.

Other Things to Note:
• Family-friendly space
• Smoking/vaping prohibited indoors (designated outdoor area provided). Violations incur a minimum $150 fee
• Guests from within 50 miles must book at least 2 nights, provide a refundable $250 deposit, and complete a brief questionnaire
• $25 per guest per night over 6 people. Weekly bookings (7+ nights) receive 10% off; monthly (30+ nights) receive 25% off
• Parties/gatherings must be pre-approved and may fall under our Large Event Policy. Larger groups may require renting the 4-bedroom layout
• Signed rental agreement, valid email address, and billing address required before arrival for check-in info
• Do not use Apple Maps or Siri for directions — they route incorrectly
• Exterior security cameras and Ring doorbells monitor entrances for safety
• Pets welcome if house-trained, bathed weekly, crated when left alone, and kept off furniture. Pet deposit: $100 refundable
