The condo was clean and in good condition. The location was ideal. We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt Campus for the football game on Saturday.

Great Family weekend!!!Check-in and out process was very easy. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Unit was clean and specious. We will be back.

Great property, located across the street from the Partheon and Centennial Park. We grabbed coffee at the Croquet Cafe and walked around. Location is nice and there is a Mexican place downstairs. Apartment was clean, well furnished, comfortable beds. The only thing we were missing is a full size mirror. Communication with the host was great and quick, they checked in to make sure we settled in okey. 15 min Uber ride to Broadway.

Coffee at Croquet Cafe and strolls past the Parthenon, you did that neighborhood right! Glad the comfy beds and quick check ins rounded it out. We've noted the full length mirror suggestion too. Come back anytime!

The entire area, shared living space and rooms were uniquely decorated and we all loved it! Do not let the twin beds in one of the rooms deter you from booking. They are soo comfortable and scooch right in together! Location was great. Parking is a blessing. Easy to uber and scooter to and from! We will absolutly be staying here again!

Very convenient onsite parking, short walk to Vanderbilt campus. Clean room and a low key area to stay will all Nashville amenities within 10-15 minutes in all directions. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break and college visit at this beautiful unit! It’s conveniently located in a trendy area near Vanderbilt University and Belmont University. There was plenty of room for our two teenage sons and for me and my husband. The unit had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and very safe feeling. We were extremely pleased with everything except one relatively small thing. There were three of us for five days five nights and there were only four washcloths and eight towels two hand towels in the bathrooms. While there was a washing machine and we used it, It would’ve been very helpful to have had at least two or three days of clean linen in the bathroom. And the bathroom soap was sufficient but minimal so I would recommend they have a more complete quantity of soaps in the bathroom. We would definitely go back there again. So we do highly recommend this facility. We gave the four stars instead of five only because of the bathroom amenities.

very nice and spacious, both walk-in closets held everything for 5 girls and there was still extra room. The complex is nice and connected to a mexican restaurant. The very front door to the building had an alarm going off the 3 days we were there but it didn't affect our stay. The only issue we had was trying to open the door to the room itself, it is not a number-push pad it is touch screen and there is no identifiable button to press to turn it on in order to tap the numbers when they appear. You have to kind of tap all over the screen and wait for it to activate, which at that point the code works and the door is able to open. Other rooms on the same floor have number punch pads which in my opinion is easier and more reliable.
