Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, our VRBO is on a quiet cul de sac near downtown Nashville. Some of Nashville’s best restaurants and are less than 2 miles away. Downtown is just a quick 10 minute Uber ride/drive. Our home is very family and pet friendly. There is also a sprawling backyard for grilling, relaxing and space for pups to run around!
The space:
This VRBO is a very open concept. The breakfast area, kitchen, dining room and living room all flow together with high ceilings! The bedrooms have ample space and are separated for privacy. The backyard is large enough for entertaining and the porch wraps the entire back of the home with two sitting areas! One for dining and the other for relaxing to enjoy and little tv and drinks. The backyard is private and you will enjoy the quietness it provides. We have a grill available for you and your guests. In addition, can I get a hot tub?! Yes you can! Soak in the hot tub under the trees for a relaxing night!
If you happen to drive an EV, we can provide a charging station as well!
Please note: This VRBO has an apartment partially above it. In the master bedroom you may occasionally hear footsteps. However we have taken many steps to lessen the sound between the two spaces.

The dogs enjoyed the back yard space and we loved that it was fenced in and didn’t have to worry. The house was perfect for our stay, a 10 minute uber ride to downtown and lots of restaurants close by.

We were able to check in slightly earlier than expected which was a help having our dog with us and it was very hot. Home was furnished well with very comfortable seating in living room and dining area. Plenty of yard for our dog to explore and being fenced in was great. House was clean, well maintained and plenty of room to relax. Location was close to get to downtown Nashville and lots of local restaurants to choose from.

Everything was amazing. The house was very clean, large rooms, & all necessities was provided along with water, snacks, & coffee. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. And would love to stay again. The Hot tube was amazing.

Excellent location to so much! Ryan the host is a great communicator. Too hot for the hot tub but it looked great. Amazing cafes and restaurants very close. Vinyl Tap is a really cool bar!

Hot tub was amazing!!! The yard was great for our two dogs who enjoyed roaming around and not getting overstimulated. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great trip and loved Nashville!!!

Beautiful home! The place was really clean and super comfortable. It was great that the bedrooms were at two ends to the house so we had lots of privacy. The fenced in yard was a perk, too!

The house was large with very spacious rooms. The private backyard was large, nice for our pup, and the back porch had comfortable outdoor furniture and was relaxing. The location was great. A short 10 minute drive to Broadway. There were some minor cosmetic issues and not very many glasses or coffee cups. They do rent the garage apartment but we only heard footsteps occasionally so it was not an issue. The host were responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Our group is made up of three high school best friends who meet somewhere in the US once per year to reconnect and spend quality time remembering. This house exceeded our expectations. From the entry way to the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room area we were immediately welcomed into a comfortable and warm setting. Bedrooms were spacious with beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. Bedding and bath towels were plush. The backyard offered a well-manicured yard with quiet surroundings. The host has anticipated any need for a truly memorable and comfortable stay. Our current plan is to reserve this property again next year.
