Enjoy your vacation at this charming and cozy three bedroom cottage, just 1/2 block from the beach and on a quiet cul de sac.

You're also just a short stroll to the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a large playground, and even a small community gym, as well as seasonal Farmers Market! This fully renovated and designer decorated home features all new furnishings, decor. The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms.

The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout with electric grill, time with family or an evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer!

Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. The kids can even enjoy a round of ping pong in the finished room above the garage, equipped with a window AC for added comfort. After a day of sand and sun, enjoy a rinse in the enclosed beach shower which offers both hot and cold water.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Linens Included. No pets. No Smoking. Wireless internet. Cable TV/DVD.

Great location

A peaceful place to stay while in the Charleston area. Walking distance to the beach and close to downtown Charleston. Well equipped with all the things you would need for a great stay.

A week in Charleston

College move in

This house was very cozy for the 6 in our family ages 13 up. It was a close walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood, and a nice home to stay in. We had all that we needed. We would stay here again.

Was very handy to have some beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Outdoor shower was much appreciated for hosing off before heading inside. House itself was nice for the price - everything functional and plenty of space for our small group. Certainly dated in some ways, but everything clean and working. Laundry works great, but is in the detached garage without AC. (Had to wait 30+ minutes at checkin for cleaning, that was a little frustrating.)

Great small family rental

This house was perfect for my wife, 2.5 yr old, and me. It was quiet, had a great location, easy beach access, and quality air conditioning. We’d be happy to stay there again in the future. The entire house had a home-y, welcoming feel. It’s not the Ritz, but was very comfortable. The only thing wrong was some dirty dishes, but the dishwasher (appliance, not my wife) took care of that and there were some one off ants here and there. 4.85 out of 5 in my book.

Great getaway

We come to the Charleston area quite often but have never stayed on IOP. We loved our quiet little bungalow when we decided to relax from the activities and heat. The close proximity to the ocean was fantastic too! It was perfect for my family and in-laws.

Perfect weekend getaway

It seemed small from the pictures, but we found it very spacious and charming. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. The back patio was a nice bonus and was used daily, the outdoor shower was very convenient for after the beach clean off. The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and the is very close to beach access and the downtown shopping area. A very nice public park is right around the corner as well. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere (helped with the holiday traffic on Palm). Overall, I am extremely happy with the property and the management company. They are very helpful and provide a ton of useful information. Will be back for another trip.

Perfect beach stay

The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The back yard was very private and makes for a nice place to relax and take in nature. The garage had another full size refrigerator and some beach equipment which was very thoughtful. I wish we had time to play ping pong upstairs. This was an easy walk to the beach.The coffee pot did not seem to work on day 4 and the staff was excellent getting a new one to me right away. Great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Great location

The walk to the beach really was super easy, which is what was most important to us. Loves the shady yard. Outdoor shower was super convenient. The house was perfect for our group of 6. I would have preferred just having a lock box to use instead of having to stop by the realty office for check-in/out, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Great place on a great beach with great waves!

Comfortable bungalow close to the beach

Nice layout - master suite on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and separate bathroom for the kids on the other side of the house. All bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and living/dining room area was comfortable to relax in after fun days at the beach. Bungalow is located on a quiet street very close to a beach access point - less than 5 minute walk and we were on the beach. Plenty of beach gear in the garage. Backyard patio was a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and pre dinner cocktails.

PERFECT!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our son and his family for three nights. Eight of total. 4 adults and 4 boys, 11 down to 7 months. The house worked out perfect for us, it may not be as big as most of the ones around it, but the location and the accommodations worked out just perfect for us! Well equipped kitchen, fun room with Ping Pong table, nice large table to sit around to play games. We also appreciated the wagon that was available to haul the toys to the beach. We loved our time that we spent here.

Great location, good value!

This unit was very spacious and the location was nice. The beds were so hard, I had to buy a matress topper so I didnt spend all day stretching out my back. The professional ping pong table almost made up for the beds. The family tournaments were a blast.

Cozy home is quiet cul de sac

Great little place for our week in IoP. Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Just wish there was an electronic lock instead of keys as that is just one more thing to take care of but it was a great home and highly recommend renting this while in IOP.

Perfect Cottage on Quiet Street

It was larger than we needed, it is a great layout for a family or even three couples. The backyard is lovely and our kids would have loved the bonus space with ping pong table over the garage. We were grateful to have the beach gear and laundry available as well. It’s an excellent beach for families— warm water, nice sandbar with places for littles to safely swim after high tide.This would be a great location with teens as well. We walked to the commercial district in about 30 mins. via the beach. We will be back!!

Ideal for our beach retreat

When our daughter and grandson came to visit they were impressed with the modern look. Grandson loved the ping pong table in the garage loft. When we went to the beach, we appreciated the cart and extra chairs for our visitors. We’ll be back next year!

HOWEVER, I don't check my email while on vacation, so I didn't receive the Check-Out Procedures checklist until I got back to work today. It is not fair to charge if some of the items weren't properly completely when I was not given the Check-Out Procedures from the start.
