Tropical views abound at this air conditioned one-bedroom, second-floor condo. Look out from your lanai at the lagoons that meander through the grounds and take in the scenery. While you are relaxing, you'll be treated to the subtle fragrances of the nearby gardens.

It's only a short walk from your door to the endless white sand of Nukoli'i Beach. Take leisurely strolls along the coastline, build a sandcastle, bring a picnic lunch or just bask in the sun and enjoy the sight and sound of the surf.

At the resort, you can play a game of tennis, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and luxuriate in the nearby hot tub.

Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, flightseeing, shopping, tennis and golf.

Great Location, Clean Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here and for the most part this condo was great. It's clean, and has a great location, the grounds are manicured beautifully. Just a few suggestions: The screens on the shutters had come apart in a few locations. It took us a while to figure out where all the flies were coming from, but once we stopped opening the shutters, we were able to control the fly population. But we had to solely rely on AC instead of opening up the condo. Update the frying pans, and spatulas. We could not cook an egg on any of the pans without it sticking horribly, and the spatulas were so cheap that you couldn't really do much with them, they would bend at the handle.Those things being said, the condo is totally worth the stay.

Great Place to Stay

Our Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love staying in E-15 at Kauai Beach Villas. The unit is in great shape, a short walk to the beach, and most importantly, sheltered from what can be strong trade winds. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze. The Kauai Vacation Rentals team assisted with an emergency plumbing issue one day that we greatly appreciated. The lanai features a beautiful view of the interior lagoons, and we fell asleep every night out there to the sounds of palm fronds in the breeze and the fountain in the lagoon.We have stayed in this unit for several of our visits and plan to continue. It is definitely our home away from home.

Slice of paradise

Stayed here for 9 days with my partner. Check-in was very smooth. Very clean, comfortable, and we loved the amenities! The pool and beach are great. Great location, being 20 minutes from Poipu beach area, and 40 minutes to Hanalei bay. Lots of good hiking and food in the area. Would highly recommend this rental! Hope to be back sometime soon.

It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I was so excited to stay at a relaxing location that was convenient to the things I wanted to see and do! This rental did not disappoint! It was immaculate, comfortable, on beautiful grounds, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and many beaches (not to mention gorgeous Kauai Beach which was a 3-minute walk across the grounds from our unit)! We are already planning a return trip for August of 2024!!

Kauai Villa Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were to stay here for 14 days. The place was great. Lots of kitchen supplies. Comfortable king size bed. It was great to have access to the larger pool and hot tubs at the resort which was a short walk away. The problems were that we could not use the balcony but others around us were using theirs. We did get a lower price due to this. Then on day 9 they started construction in the villas right above or beside us waking us up each morning with loud noises. The rental company did honor our request to be moved.

1st Time in Kauai

The rental process was easy and the communication with staff was excellent. Pros: Beautiful resort. Great location. Condo had the space and accommodations we needed.Cons: When we walked in the condo smelled very musty and the shower curtain had mold. The smell lasted for our entire stay but the Rental Co. did what they could to remedy our disappointment.

Excellent condo unit, great location on the property, clean and well maintained. Also great location on Kauai, easy to go either north or south. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Coconut Marketplace, Hukilau Lanai restaurant, Pua Kea Golf course, Princeville Botanical Gardens, and the Kauai Museum in Lihue are favorites! Aloha and mahalo!

Very nice unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved unit E-15. Perfect for two. Unit was clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the view from the lanai. We used the a/c only once, the breeze cooled the unit quite nicely. The grounds were always well kept and clean. The pools were kinda small but being able to use the resort pools next door was great. Reviews will tell you the beach isn't that good, but we found it perfect for morning walks. Quiet and clean. The further down towards the golf course you walk the the nicer the beach gets. This is one of the best rentals we've had on any of the islands. You won't be disappointed.

We Really Liked This Unit!

Reviewer Comments: This nicely updated unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay on Kauai, including sturdy beach chairs to enjoy the view that's available a 2-minute walk away.The unit has fans in the living room and bedroom to keep the airflow moving, plenty of utensils and supplies ... even dumbbells if you wanted to exercise a little.We were able to multi-purpose the furniture to meet our needs, and were comfortable entertaining guests in the unit.The lanai faces west, which means we had a great view of the lagoon while being sheltered from the winter trade winds and showers that are part of being on Kauai. We definitely will be booking this unit again for future visits.

Pleasant Stay on Kauai

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular condo unit was pleasant. Fairly updated and clean. Furniture in the living area could have been better placed or of a different style. The staff at the rental office was excellent and very quick to respond on the small items that needed to be corrected. My only real concern about this location and property are the chickens and roosters. They are absolutely out of control! There are far too many of them now, and the roosters crow at all hours of the day-and-night. I would 100% consider returning to this property and referring it to my friends and clients. But only if something is done about these birds!
