Our house is a supremely private 3 bedroom villa sitting atop one of the highest spots on the island. On the sea with 180 degree ocean views, the sunsets are spectacular. Over an acre, this property includes beautiful flowering gardens, unobstructed sea views, and complete solitude (except for the hummingbirds!).

Our villa is renovated and refurnished and all roads are now paved. It has three spacious bedrooms (each with ocean views), 2 full bathrooms, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and a huge screened porch facing the pool and ocean for dining and relaxing. This house is perfect for guests who want quiet, private beauty ... yet with wifi and cell phone reception, central access to restaurants, Grace Bay (Trip Advisor's best beach on the planet!) and other beaches, and shopping.

For your added comfort, our villa is equipped with an alarm system, monitored outdoor security cameras, floodlights, a front security gate, and a wall safe. Reservations are fully refundable up until 60 days before check-in, but nonrefundable after that.

Piece of paradise

What an incredible experience! Where to start? Pauline & Barry were there from the beginning to ensure our vacation was off to the perfect start. They met us at our car rental agency & took us to the amazing hilltop retreat. They showed us all around the house, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave us recommendations for restaurants & groceries. The house itself was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures somehow. The bathrooms were straight out of a spa, the house is so well furnished & equipped everything we could possibly have needed (& then some!). There were full sized new bottles for toiletries, extra garbage bags, paper towels, spices, cooking essentials and everything was thoughtfully supplied to be comfortable upon arrival. They even have a separate fridge for drinks and a water cooler with multiple bottle refills. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat, look no further! Every detail was impeccable.

Stunning Views and Uber Privacy

We traveled to T&C for scuba diving and lucked into this unbelievable spot. 180 dregree views and completely privacy meant my family was able to let our hair down and destress! Host and house manager extremely helpful. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well appreciated, pool beautiful.

Pristine seclusion

The property is well cared for and clean with beautiful views as advertised. Barry and Pauline provided excellent customer service from arrival (escorted my family to the property) to departure ( stopped in to say goodbye) and everything in between ( periodic visits to property to clean pool etc.) They were always pleasant, informative and made my family feel welcomed. The home is well stocked with utensils, towels, and beach equipment. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. The home is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches however it retains its seclusion. Our best stay in Turks and Caicos yet!

Truly Amazing!!

Where do I begin?? The property was even more amazing than the pictures showed, if that's possible!! The house was perfect for my husband and I along with our 3 daughters. We spent a lot of our time in the pool! We also enjoyed exploring down by the marina...the turtles were so much fun to watch! I will say, it was very handy to have rented a jeep. The road is very rough and rocky getting to the house. Just keep that in mind when choosing a rental car. Barry and Pauline were an absolute delight. They were so helpful and a joy to visit with. Communication with Jonathan was also exceptional! We had a blast exploring the island...snorkeling, jet ski tour, beach time and endless restaurants! Our favorite restaurant was Baci! By far, one of our favorite vacations! Can't wait to go back and will definitely choose Blue Hideaway again!

Privacy in Paradise!

Incredible all around! Breath-taking panoramic views in nearly total seclusion. The house was perfect. Clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. The property manager, Pauline, and her husband greeted us at our car rental and we caravanned over to the property. It’s a bit rough driving once you get near the property. It’s secured with gates and a full security system. Gorgeous well-kept tropical landscaping surrounds this charming open-concept home. The pool was the perfect patio entertainment for our family when we weren’t exploring the island. We walked down by the shoreline for sight seeing and almost always saw sea turtles and occasional rays. Again, total privacy :) We watched sunsets & sunrises daily from our patio. We ventured out with the beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella that Pauline had ready for us the moment we arrived. She also left us with bags of ice and coolers so we took those each day with the portable drinking coolers each time we left for a full beach day. We did 4 full beach days, 1 excursion to the North & Middle Caicos, lots of fishing & snorkeling, 3 local restaurants and ALL the family bonding. We preferred eating the majority of our meals at home on the patio together. Grocery stores had everything we needed and the house was full of spices & essentials for food prep. We used the grill and had our own lil’ backyard BBQ. Humming birds & mocking birds and lots of little lizards surrounded the yard. Truly Paradise!

Amazing Week!!

We had simply an amazing stay at this villa. The location is lovely...up with a great breeze, overlooking the ocean, lovely pool, updated everything, gorgeous handmade cabinetry, gated driveway, security system, internet was flawless. Both our owners, and our local property managers were spectacular. We cannot say enough great things. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay...Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Heaven

Absolutely fabulous property and location! We enjoyed every second of our stay and can’t think of a better holiday to escape to in the spring. Pauline and Barry were absolutely wonderful and kind and attentive as the property managers. The owners and team keep this property pristine. Look no further if you want a 5 star home in a 5 star location. Truly heaven on earth.

Beautiful vistas

The stay was overall very nice. The property gets quite windy and there are some improvements that could be made. The pool was not heated, so utilization of the pool in the evening was a cold decision. The security lighting outside has no off switch, so you have to unscrew the light bulbs to have darkness to stargaze. The outside shower could use a wind block to enjoy a comfortable shower. There were not any brooms or vacuums to help keep sand and dirt minimized for the duration of our stay. The property is incredibly beautiful perched on a hill overlooking an unfinished marina; however, you must drive to get to a nice beach. I think that I would stay here again, but would look for a better price value for what we received.

Private and Relaxing

The property was in a quaint little quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasant surprise how quiet it was on the hill. It was overlooking a marina that was barely used. Property was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would add is some insulated cups to take with to the beach or to sit by the pool. It would also be nice to have a few more beach towels. Thankfully there was a clothes line and a dryer to use. Would absolutely stay here again.

A week in paradise!!!

Me and my husband eloped to Turks and Caicos and stayed here for the week. We had only a vague knowledge of the island, but this home served to be in the perfect location!!! We were so close to everything with the convenience of being able to get away from it all in a home that has everything you could need!!! We even found a few small beach’s around the marina where we found big conch shells that were beautiful. I would def recommend renting a car if you are ok with driving on the left side of the road. We drove all over this island and would stay at this property again and again when we return. The owners and house managers were just as wonderful as they could be! So sweet and so helpful! At the end of a long day we could come back and relax in the pool or on the back screened porch and the ocean in the mornings drinking coffee my goodness just pure relaxation and beauty!!! Would recommend again and again! While you are there check out Taylor Beach it was a personal fave! Very secluded and silly creek water sports has an awesome boat tour!

Amazing property with a spectacular view

Caicos blue hideaway is an amazing vacation rental with everything you would want to make your vacation perfect - superb views, very clean and spacious house with a convenient layout, very well stocked kitchen, excellent location,and a great backyard. The view that we had when we opened the front door was spell binding. Right from the get go this rental paved way for a great vacation - Pauline patiently waited for us at the car rental and led us to the property. The property was truly secluded yet only 15 min away from all the awesome beaches. Barry and Pauline walked us through the house and gave very good information and tips about the area. They were available for us through out our stay. The house had enough pots and pans and cutlery. The pantry had all the basics too. Grace stores were close by and we bought what we wanted from there (but we also took groceries and spices with us). The three bedrooms were spacious and the beds very good. The living room had huge couches which were quite comfortable. The house also has an outdoor shower with warm water which was very helpful when we came back from the beaches. Best part of the house is the backyard - ample sitting area, awesome neem trees, beautiful pool, lovely lighting in the night and excellent sunsets to watch. Landscaping in the house is very beautiful. It was quite an experience to sit in the backyard and watch the boats and water skis go by. We are already looking forward to repeat vacation at this same rental.

Simply Amazing

Our week here was exactly what we needed. Beautiful and utterly relaxing. The home was exactly as advertised - both inside and outside. Some days we stayed at the house and enjoyed the outside pool and many relaxation spaces and some days we headed to the beach for adventures. The house had beach chairs, games and books which were all an unexpected surprise. The outside grill worked great and we used it several times. Be prepared for sticker shock at the grocery store! Barry and Pauline went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Pauline even helped us with delayed luggage!! They are lovely, lovely people! We loved our TCI vacation!!!

Wonderful

This place is just amazing, even more beautiful in person. Truly feels like paradise, we could have stayed a month just swimming in the pool, reading or hanging out on the spacious outdoor patio or screened indoor patio; having both options was great. The kitchen was well stocked also. There was 5 of us here and it was more than comfortable and spacious. Jonathan the owner was very helpful in planning the trip and answering questions, and we can’t say enough about Pauline and Barry! They were so welcoming and kind and very helpful. We plan to return to T&C and will stay here again most definitely hopefully for a two week stay this time.

Peaceful Stay in TCI

Wow! This property is more than you can hope for. The views are amazing. It's so tranquil and peaceful. So beautiful to wake up and have your coffee as well as a little wine in the evening. Although it's remote - It's perfect. We were close to everything by car and enjoyed some of the close by beaches. Kinda like paradise.

Holiday in T and C

Absolutely lovely property with a view of the ocean, small delightful pool, wonderful seating areas, 3 lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well appointed. Individual room air conditioning.. Very responsive house managers, Pauline and Barry. This property is a a 15 Min drive to Grace Bay which means it is secluded and quiet. And it means a drive to the islands many beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

A serene setting

This is a lovely house with a perfect setting looking over an abandoned marina to the sea with a perfect sunset view. This house is very comfortable and with 15 minute drive to a number of wonderful beaches

Peaceful and private

Great property. Nice to have our own space. Felt location allowed us to see the real Turks and Caicos including a huge supply of beautiful beaches and private spaces. We loved our morning walks down to swim. If you are not a fan of the ‘hotel districts’ this is a great spot.

Wonderful private hideaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cooper Bay Settlement! The house was well stocked and very clean! We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room and space. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. If you are looking for privacy this location can not be beat. Pauline and Barry were the absolute best and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. They made us feel at home! We will be back!

The perfect getaway

I was looking for the "Unicorn", well I found it! If you want privacy, stunning views and a beautiful place to stay. look no further. Was there for 8 days. had no desire to leave the estate. left 3 times just to say we did something, but would have been just as happy to remain on this property. Went through a hurricane (Fiona) while we were there and still had an absolute blast. this is the 8th Caribbean Island I have visited. quickly jumped to the top of the list, solely because of the location of the property. Maybe I should write a bad review so I can ensure a re-booking? Pictures listed do not do this place justice. Way more beautiful in person.

Better than advertised!

With three children (24, 22, and 13), we often look for rental homes for vacation. Sometimes the actual rentals don’t come as advertised. This one did…and then some. The house was in terrific shape, in a great (secluded) location, and on a beautiful property (despite the treacherous dirt road leading to the driveway). Perfect setting to recharge batteries, and great jumping off point for traveling about the island. The house served our needs really well. Plus Barry and Pauline were very helpful and always available. Highly recommend this location.
