The house is beautiful and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed our trip with family - we spent most of our time outside fishing, playing corn hole, walking the beach, playing basketball & pickle ball… there’s no shortage of things to enjoy! We had a great trip!

Awesome house with an amazing location. Had the beach mostly to ourselves everyday. The host responded quick to any questions we had.Would definitely rent again.

The house was wonderful and fully equipped with everything that you need including beach equipment and toys! Very quiet and safe environment. Beautiful sunsets! The host provided very detailed information and even checked in with us during the week to make sure all was well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The property great. Derrick was an outstanding host. He was responsive, friendly, and always quick to answer questions or provide help. The location was ideal, with a relaxing vibe.

Family Vacation

We had a great week at the property. Everything you could want was included. We had some issues with the golf cart and Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We saw so much marine life and everyone is so welcoming on the island. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Setting.

Harbor Island is perfect for a quiet getaway. This house is very spacious with amazing views, tucked away on the backside of the island. The host is also very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic trip the last week of December 2025. The host was communicative and provided tons of helpful information about the area. The house was just as described. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time exploring the beach and the nearby state park. We also spent some time shopping in Beaufort, which has fantastic shops and warm people.The views from the home were beautiful. We saw dolphins daily. The neighborhood was very calm. The location was a perfect place to bring in a peaceful new year!

Great oceanfront house!

We enjoyed the Hampton House. I stayed there with my family over labor day weekend and it was just perfect for us (six adults and 3 kids). The house is beautiful and spacious, and we especially appreciated the large screened porch - we ate almost every meal there! Thank you!

Great house at a great location!!

From the very onset, Derrick (property owner) was VERY accommodating, helpful and friendly. The house was as described; clean; and extremely well stocked. We had beautiful weather and truly enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing stay at Hampton House!

The Hampton House was a perfect place to spend a week at the beach for our family. The best views on Harbor Island and the very detail of the home thought through by the homeowner. Access to beach items and Hunting Island passes were an excellent touch. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway on Harbor Island!

Gem of a Home!

The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The views are breathtaking and the beach is private! The owner is super friendly and provides so much useful information about the area. My family had the best time and we are already planning our next stay. This will be our go to beach home from now on! Thank you for an amazing birthday weekend!

Beautiful Property

A beautiful home with an even more beautiful view! We loved the porches and watching the wildlife. The neighborhood is quiet and the location of the home gave us both sunrise and sunset views.
