We loved our stay on Harbor Island. The house is well layed out. The location was great and it was very clean. The extra beach equip and accessories were great to have when you have to fly. The porch out back was so relaxing. Thank you for such a great special long weekend!!

Beautiful Home!

The house was perfect for our needs and well-located across the street from the beach. We had a few issues with the existing maintenance of the home but the property management team was good to work with. We will definitely consider this property again.

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone, we had 4 adults and 3 children. Really enjoyed having a yard and the home is a quick and easy walk to the beach. Would have liked to have had access to a golf cart. Note that the beach is a little different since it is on a sound, so there are not big waves. Overall, this property was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Almost Perfect!

The location is amazing. It is quiet and just a very short walk to the beach access. You are able to catch both sunrises and sunsets from the beach. We had gorgeous weather during our stay and made good use of the front porch, back screened-in porch, deck, and upper deck. The house was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and even had a good assortment of plastic stuff for kiddos. Could use a few more large/mixing bowls, and cooking/baking stuff, but was fairly well stocked overall. I'm sure things will be added over time as this continues as a rental. Plenty of room, but the main living/TV area is a little cramped if you all want to watch TV together. An additional King Bed in one of the upstairs bedroom, would have been nice, but great sleeping accommodations for kids. Attn coffee drinkers: There is a Keurig and a Bunn coffee maker. If not familiar with how to use a Bunn (like us), watch YouTube videos prior to your trip and save yourself a lot of heartache with ruining pot after pot of coffee.

Everything We Wanted

We had such a great time! The location was excellent and everything in the house was clean and new. We went on a kayaking tour with Beaufort Lands End Paddling at Hunting Island that was wonderful.
