Great location

Loved the condo, only thing would be the bathroom curtains looked dirty. When we walked in to check in, someone was inside the condo, i think we heard one of them say realtor, we were a bit shook but overall the condo was excellent. I would recommend to friends. The view was amazing.

Perfect weekend getaway

Excellent view of the gulf from the balcony. The condo was cozy and clean. Great location, short walk to shop, eat or play! Loved our stay. Highly recommend this location. Perfect for a couple. Elevators were always available, we didn’t even wait at check in time! If you are a regular PCB condo renter you will know that this is a big deal! Pool was beautiful & easily accessible.

Panama City Beach getaway

We came to spend a few days with family and the condo was perfect! Right on the beach, walking distance to stores and restaurants, the beach was amazing. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the listing. Be prepared to bring everything you need however, we had to make several trips to Walmart for things like toilet paper and coffee filters. It was nice to have a kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal.

Great place

I overall thought this rental was a good choice the only downside to this rental was the pull out sofa definitely is not for adults and the outside furniture was a little rusted and the kitchen can use modern appliances. Other than that the kitchen counter looks new the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen look new the bedroom looks pretty updated overall our stay was pretty awesome i would definitely rent again next year when we go back down!

Balcony was the best part, good potential buy needs interior updates.

Garbage disposal broken, huge black stain on ceiling in bedroom, needs new tub, tv in bedroom did not work, couch was dirty, table on patio was rusty, along with the front door. Best part was the location and balcony. Owner could update for less than $10k and get a huge ROI!

Nice overall

The door was rusted & there’s no light on the balcony so you can’t see anything at night. Also the property doesn’t light up the pool or anything so it’s very dark. Other then that it was jive & in a great part of pcb. The view off the balcony was beautiful!

Great Resort

We love longbeach resort. We’ve stayed at several properties. Thai property was nice and clean. The only issue is the couch bed. It’s just not possible to sleep on it the mattress on the pull out sofa is about the thickness of 4 sheets of paper and it slopes so bad you think that it’s broken. The kids (who don’t weigh much) couldn’t even sleep on it. However there was a blow up bed (no pump) in the closet. Thank goodness. Property and room were wonderful otherwise.

Condo has great view of the beach, nice and clean

Overall, the condo was nice, clean & had a great view! Bed was very nice and comfortable. It does need much better outside deck chairs. Chairs are old and not comfortable. And inside the condo, the bathtub should be updated, the water also backs up. The blender in kitchen did not work and could not hang up bath towels anywhere. The 1 towel rack is damaged. The remotes and TV cable are very old and outdated. 1 of the TV's did have ROKU.

Kitchen was very poorly stocked. Outdated decor! Living area furniture outdated and not comfortable! Tub/shower and bathroom sink would not drain! Balcony furniture should have been trashed many years ago! I love Long Beach resort but , our room Was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid!

B-day BeachCay

For the most part the experience was nice, it was a few this that I really did not like. There was no direction to what you want is to do with the keys. The tub did not appear to be clean but after further review it was just old. I really did not like that there was no one to actually talk to at the phone number provided during check out we got voicemail and never got a return call. Outside of that my husband and I had a wonderful time.

Overall, a nice condo for the price. We have stayed at Long Beach several times over the last few years because we love the location. The furniture in this condo could use some updating. None of it was comfortable to sit on when we just wanted to relax at the end of the day. The bedroom could use some more lighting. Everything else was pretty good. There is currently a lot of construction going on at the resort so it was a little frustrating with only 1 functioning elevator. Also with the construction, there was some sort of ventilation system running constantly for several days throughout our stay. It was running on a consistent loop every few minutes. We lost a lot of sleep over that. The pools here are always so clean but absolutely freezing which is kind of a bummer because my kids really wanted to swim but it was too cold for them to handle for more than a few minutes.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the location and value worked well for your stay and that you found the pools clean. We appreciate the detailed feedback about the furniture and bedroom lighting — we will share your comments with the owner so they can consider updates. I’m sorry the resort construction, limited elevator availability, and the ventilation noise disrupted your stay; we’ll pass this along to property management to see what can be done to minimize guest impact. Thank you for choosing Best Beach Getaways, and we hope to host you again.
