Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Beautiful condo located in a prime spot close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chair service a huge plus. Extremely clean, roomy and well-appointed interior. The beachfront balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. Communication was stellar any time I had a question. Having 2 parking passes was great too. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay!

Top floor balcony views were the best! Beds are soft and cozy...plenty of pillows and blankets. Location is great! Very responsive...when we arrived, 2 balcony chairs were broken. They were in and out so fast to repair them I bever would have even know they were there. The pontoon boat rental was a great price and simple...we loved crab island and the small islands to the west. Would definitely rent again! Make sure you visit the pier at least once in the evening....most wildlife we saw....sharks, dolphins and sea turtles!

Staying at Gulf Dunes Unit 613 was exactly what my family and I were looking for. You can’t beat waking up to the view of the Gulf right outside your window. The pool is a bit small and gets crowded, but if you’re beach people like we are, that won’t bother you. The white sand and clear water take all your cares away.

Great Location But Needs Updates!

Location was perfect, love Gulf Dunes! All beds, laundry, and stove need updating! Floors need a deep clean!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. Our unit was lovely. The only comment for consideration is about the couch. The living room couch needs attention, cleaning, or more likely, replacing. Other than that, all was great.

Wonderfuil Trip

The condo was just enough space for 2 adults who wanted a "quiet" beach trip with 2 kids {3yrs & 7yrs}. The 7yr old loved the bunk room and the little girl had the 2nd room all to herself haha. The bar connecting the kitchen was a nice social area and had a great view of the beach while making breakfast. The adults spent most of our time on the balcony which had plenty of seating. We saw dolphins from the pier and tons of marine life during our stay. I did a little bit more sweeping and vacuuming when we got there as there was a lot of sand still on the floor but that is to be expected being so close to the beach. The pool was a nice refreshing break from the saltwater, we just wished the showers at the beachwalk worked so we could spray ourselves off when we left the beach. Thank you for the free beach service, that was def appreciated! Thanks again for a great vacation.

The location was great and the view was gorgeous! A little more information on where exactly to park (garage or lot) and some local recommendations for food and fun. There are so many to choose from and we only had 3 full days due to our flight delays. We would suggest grab bars in the main bath because stepping out of that deep soaking tub, which was slippery when wet, was dangerous for our over age 70 friends. The condo was as pictured. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The second bedroom was missing a control for the Cox box but the one from the living room could be used. The washer and dryer are nice to have, but the dryer took forever to dry laundry. Maybe the main exhaust vent tube is filled with lint?? Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Lovely Sisters Vacation

Enjoyed the layout of the condo. The room with the bunkbeds is quite a bet smaller than expected. Otherwise the condo was well equipped and we did not lack for anything.

Great location

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. There was a problem with the cable but they were very responsive and showed up to fix it within the same day. Great location, great beach for the littles. We loved our stay.

The condo needs a update the living room furniture was very old and ugly the same bath needs a whole redo I will not rent this unit again. The supplies and kitchen very nice Master was good.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

The condo was beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was very clean and spacious. Kim was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was a great place, would definitely stay here again! Perfect location and an amazing view!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. We all had room for all of us (10) and the balcony was even perfect we watched to sun rise and set on the beach everyday and slept so peaceful on all the beds.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and Destin is only a short drive away. The condo was really nice. We only had a couple of issues I communicated to the host. We also got to see two sets of fireworks which was awesome. The one thing we were disappointed about was the June grass was still around at the end of July so the water was not clear. Other than that we had a great time.
