Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Lovely Sisters Vacation

Enjoyed the layout of the condo. The room with the bunkbeds is quite a bet smaller than expected. Otherwise the condo was well equipped and we did not lack for anything.

Great location

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. There was a problem with the cable but they were very responsive and showed up to fix it within the same day. Great location, great beach for the littles. We loved our stay.

Great Condo

This condo was very clean and on the beach with a unbelievable view. Great location. Easy to walk to many different restaurants. Beach access is perfect.

Staying at Gulf Dunes Unit 613 was exactly what my family and I were looking for. You can’t beat waking up to the view of the Gulf right outside your window. The pool is a bit small and gets crowded, but if you’re beach people like we are, that won’t bother you. The white sand and clear water take all your cares away.

Great Location But Needs Updates!

Location was perfect, love Gulf Dunes! All beds, laundry, and stove need updating! Floors need a deep clean!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. Our unit was lovely. The only comment for consideration is about the couch. The living room couch needs attention, cleaning, or more likely, replacing. Other than that, all was great.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and Destin is only a short drive away. The condo was really nice. We only had a couple of issues I communicated to the host. We also got to see two sets of fireworks which was awesome. The one thing we were disappointed about was the June grass was still around at the end of July so the water was not clear. Other than that we had a great time.

The condo needs a update the living room furniture was very old and ugly the same bath needs a whole redo I will not rent this unit again. The supplies and kitchen very nice Master was good.

Rug in living area needed vacumed. King mattress was s bit worn had to switch beds. Smaller bedrooms had great mattress. Garbage disposal wasnt working. The location here was fantastic we hope to come back again next year! Loved working with Kim Lane they are awesome and will go to their places for sure!

Beautiful Beach Retreat

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo for a Spring Break getaway from the crazy metro Atlanta hustle and bustle. The unit was very clean and spacious, and the kiddos enjoyed using the beach toys that are provided by the owner. Although the weather was brutal the first 2 days, we made a quick drive into Destin to visit a few of the outdoor shopping establishments and outlet malls. The best part of this unit is the close proximity to the each, as we have a 2 year old that requires a mid afternoon nap. It was nice to walk about 150 yards from the beach to the elevator to put him down. We will definitely return to this beautiful unit in the future and highly recommend it to families who are looking for a quiet beach retreat.

Great location and great unit

We stayed June 22-28 and had a wonderful time. We were a party of 9 with a total of 4 different families to make our “family.” We had plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Mattresses were wonderful! And we had plenty of towels for showering and the beach if needed. Our balcony door broke from what seemed to be a long time issue of the door not being on the track properly. We called and were never charged and they even offered to fix it before we left. Supplied us with plenty of washing detergent which was also nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We booked this condo as a "last vacation before school starts" for my wife and me, plus three teenagers. We really enjoyed staying here, especially the nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The first and second bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage. The third bedroom with bunk beds is a little small for a teen but would be perfect for younger children. The reserved parking spot in the garage was also much appreciated! It made it easy to load/unload. The kitchen is well-equipped with what we needed for cooking, since we ate almost all of our meals in the condo. My only suggestion for the manager would be to replace the large non-stick skillet and get a new spatula. Very glad we stayed here and if we're ever in Ft. Walton Beach again, would certainly return!

Wonderfuil Trip

The condo was just enough space for 2 adults who wanted a "quiet" beach trip with 2 kids {3yrs & 7yrs}. The 7yr old loved the bunk room and the little girl had the 2nd room all to herself haha. The bar connecting the kitchen was a nice social area and had a great view of the beach while making breakfast. The adults spent most of our time on the balcony which had plenty of seating. We saw dolphins from the pier and tons of marine life during our stay. I did a little bit more sweeping and vacuuming when we got there as there was a lot of sand still on the floor but that is to be expected being so close to the beach. The pool was a nice refreshing break from the saltwater, we just wished the showers at the beachwalk worked so we could spray ourselves off when we left the beach. Thank you for the free beach service, that was def appreciated! Thanks again for a great vacation.
