Situation has changed from the photos
This is an older property and the photos of the surroundings have changed drastically. There is construction on both front and the back sides, totally blocking any pleasantview except the top of the Ritz Carlton across the street. The assigned parking spot is narrow and surrounded by concrete pillars and took me about 15 minutes to park in that spot. Fortunately, there are some parking spots around the exterior. They’re very easy to access and they are unassigned to units. Unfortunately, some of those are usually taken the week that we were there, beat up vans that haul construction workers to and from the job. The unit can be accessed very conveniently by concrete stairs, nearby or by walking the length of the building and taking the elevator and walking back the length of the building. The interior is cramped in the bathroom and the bedroom. There are very few ways to plug in your electronics. The lanai used to have a view of the bay across the way, but that’s gone now, with the current construction. From seven or eight in the morning until seven at night, the backup noises from trucks of concrete and other construction are quite annoying, so it would be best if you’re planning to be gone during the day. It is quite close to the beach, so beachgoers will find it quite convenient. There are many extra fees these days, greatly increasing the weekly rent over the advertised amount. For beach lovers only.
