Beautifully modernized Abbey Villa

Modern Abbey Villa condo with new kitchen, new bathrooms, and all new appliances. New air conditioner installed spring of 2020. This condo is in a quiet location within the Abbey Villa complex overlooking a stream. It is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and water sport rentals. This condo has two bedrooms/two bath with queen beds. There is also an elevated framed queen air mattress available upon request. There is large screen HD Smart TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave. Updated full set of cooking and dining utensils. The Patio has a grill, as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This unit is privately owned and not part of The Abbey Resort. The condo has one parking spot assigned by number to the unit. Additional parking in unassigned reserve spots throughout the property is available. Guests are provided with 6 Fontana beach passes and a pool fob for access during your stay. Linen and Towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided on the shelf in the laundry room. Used beach towels must be laundered by guest prior to check-out. All other linens will be cleaned after your stay by property managements. Starters of TP, paper towels, garbage bags etc are provided upon check in but not necessarily meant to supply you for your entire stay.

Good location, although not in the marina. Patio lined with trees and a small brook along the back of the property.

The place was clean and nice but there is only one reserved parking spot and we had 2 cars. Had to park a long way from the condo for the other car some days.

I am sorry about the parking but in my access instructions we are perfectly clear that there is only assigned parking for one car. Our instructions/info was sent to you as follows: The Villa address is XXX You will have one designated parking spot marked with "XX" If you need additional parking, there are spots you can use that just say "reserved" for additional cars/guests. These reserved guest spots are first come/first served and are not a guarantee. Do not park in any other numbered/lettered spot or you risk getting towed at your expense.

This quaint Lake Geneva Villa was the perfect location for my husband & I. My son & his family had another villa near the pool, so everyone was able to visit easily. The weather was perfect to use the pool, walk around the lake a bit, go for ice cream at Blue Heaven, & check out the boats. I must say, a small bag of coffee grounds would be very welcome, as The Mill gets a bit crowded in the am!

Perfect Lake Geneva Location

This property is adjacent to the Abbey resort and all the amenities of Lake Geneva. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again in the future.

Great stay - again! Our favorite getaway!

This was the second time we visited and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Immaculate condo, comfy beds, perfect location, quiet patio, near pools. Love it and the owner is so easy to work with!

Great place to stay. Roomy and beautiful

We wanted a place to enjoy the fall weather. This condo is well appointed and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in Fontana, WI on Geneva Lake. Once you arrive by car, you can park and walk to all of the local attractions including the Abbey Resort, the Abbey Harbor on Geneva Lake, a municipal beach, and local pubs and eateries. A 22 mile, fully open access, walking path around Geneva Lake is yours to explore in full, or for just a mile or two. An 18 hole (Abbey Springs) and a 9 hole (Country Club Estates) municipal golf course are both less than 5 minutes away, as is a PGA-certified driving range and golf courses near downtown Lake Geneva.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Abbey Resort (walking distance) has a Spa, a Coffee Shop, and 2 restaurants open to the public (an elegant restaurant, and a casual restaurant). You can walk a couple blocks to the beach and relax. There are 2 beachfront restaurants. You can rent a boat/wave runner at Gordy's or Jerry's Majestic. Several more eating establishments are a short drive away in either Fontana or nearby Williams Bay or the town of Lake Geneva. The Villas have well maintained grounds with 2 outdoor pools. This unit does not have access to Abbey Resort pools.
