We stayed at this villa as a couple so it being on the smaller side was okay for us. We found that there were a couple of cleaning issues, squashed fly on the bathroom wall and cobwebs at the base of the bathroom cupboard but overall it was good.The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the bedrooms worked fine, the kitchen has everything you need, there are two bathrooms one being in need of renovation as looking very tired. The outside area has plenty of space and seating for 6 adults and the pool area has a gate so safe for smaller children to run around although there are a couple of broken/raised tiles to watch out for.The property is close to all amenities there is a couple of bars within 5mins walk and Aldi is a 10min walk then you have the town which is about a 20min walk with loads of different themed restaurants.Overall the villa is a good place to stay it just needs a little TLC to make it a great place to stay, but the location for us was excellent.

Lovely villa

Stayed for 3 weeks, everything was perfect (including the weather) the villa was just as advertised, private and in a lovely position. Eduardo was very helpful and the oranges were a bonus!

A great retreat in the sun

This was second time I have stayed at the property and again it didn’t disappoint. This house has great privacy and is really close to the town centre. It also has restaurants etc nearby and the house is really well equipped. I’m home now and I do miss the pool.

Returning visitor

This was the fourth time we have stayed at the house and it was just as we were used to. Cristina is a great host who manages to keep the house in pristine condition with all facilities up to date.

Muy bien!

Hemos estado 2 semanas alojados en esta casa. Si bien es pequeñita, para 2 adultos y 2 niños es correcta. El salón y la cocina se hacen algo pequeños. El exterior de la casa, la piscina esta muy bien, y es exclusiva para nosotros. La propiedad tiene otra casa de alquiler, una casa muy grande, con la que se comparte el resto de instalaciones. La casa está en las afueras de Silves, zona muy tranquila y a apenas 20 minutos caminando al castillo. Supermercados cerca de la casa. Y por último, sus dueños son muy atentos, en especial Cristina que se preocupó por nosotros en todo momento. Durante la estancia han cambiado sábanas, toallas y limpiado la piscina con asiduidad. Resumiendo, aconsejable!

Excellent point de chute

La maison est très fonctionnel et très bien équipée pour les jeux des enfants (piscine sécurisée , trampoline, balançoire, jeux de plein air...). Elle est située dans une orangeraie ce qui nous a permis de faire une cure de jus d'Orange, un vrai délice! Silves est un très bon point de chute pour visiter l'Algarve. C'est une très jolie ville qui mérite de s'y attarder.

Magnifique

très bon séjour effectué mi-mai. en plus d'un temps magnifique, nous avons profité de la location qui est tout simplement impeccable. tout le confort est prévu, la piscine à disposition le tout situé dans une immense orangeraie. quel plaisir d'avoir à portée de main oranges, citrons et même pêches! les propriétaires sont très prévenants et nous appellent plusieurs fois pour savoir si tout nous convient. location à conseiller idéale pour 4 à 6 personnes sans problème.

Heel fijn verblijf!

Heel fijn verblijf in dit schattige huisje. Zeer schoon, alles is aanwezig, fijn zwembad voor de kinderen, heerlijke sinaasappels uit eigen tuin! Zeer attente eigenaar, goede locatie om diverse dingen in de omgeving te bezichtigen. Kortom heel fijne week gehad en we komen zeker terug!

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, Mr. Eduardo is very helpful, very nice and always attentive. Very nice rooms, good space, everything was very very clean, all the things we needed, the house had. Couldnt expect any better. We will go back for sure. Also loved D. Irenes cooking. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I recommend it to everybody who wants to spend holidays in Algarve.

Séjour en famille de deux semaines au top!Petite maison très bien agencée, tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances (piscine, aménagements intérieurs et jeux en extérieurs pour les enfants). Les deux salle de douches ont été fortement appréciées avec 3 filles ! Le logement est à 5 min en voiture du centre de Silves (de supers restos!) mais l'environnement nous fait sentir comme si on se trouvait à la campagne. Les enfants se sont éclatés et on pu profiter de la naissance de chatons pendant le séjour (elles ne voulaient plus partir!). Merci à notre hôte pour sa présence discrète mais toujours là en cas de questions, très disponible et très gentille! Si vous cherchez un endroit où passer de belles vacances en famille (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 5ans et 1an et demi). L'hospitalité et la gentillesse de notre hôte (et du pays) nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments

We had a fantastic stay here! The villa was great, 3 rooms with plenty of storage for all our clothes. The kitchen is really well equipped, the dishwasher a lifesaver. The pool was fantastic, an obvious hit with the kids. Really warm and maintained throughout our stay. Being surrounded by an orange grove made it seem really remote but its only a 20 minute into town! Silves as a base is great, lovely restaurants, shops and a castle. You would really benefit from a car though.Checking in and out was easy and we we got some fantastic travel and eating tips from Nelly. We didn't have any issues but I'm certain they would have been addressed quickly. Can't fault the stay at all, would definitely be back!

Petite maison tranquille dans un environnement calme, très fonctionnel le. L’extérieur est très appréciable avec sa grande terrasse et la piscine entièrement clôturée idéal pour les petits enfants. La propriétaire Cristina a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes et très attentive au bien être de ses hôtes, c’est une belle personne. Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette petite maison à 2 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Silves qui est une ville plutôt calme. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre aux plages les plus proches.Je recommande cet endroit pour les personnes qui recherchent un séjour calme et reposant.

Huset var godt og varmt. Lett å finne og eieren gjorde det enkelt å komme seg inn. Hyggelige folk å leie av. Du kan gå til sentrum av Silves, og det er ikke langt fra et flott turområde.

Tout était parfait

Super petite maison dans une propriété privée entièrement clôturée avec une belle piscine très bien entretenue Toutes les commodités promises étaient bien présentes. Le petit plus :on est dans une orangeraie où on allait chercher des fruits frais tous les matins Merci à Édouard pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance Alex

Magnifique séjour

Petite maison près d’orangers, confortable et fonctionnelle avec une piscine (non utilisée), les enfants se sont amusés dans le trampoline mis à disposition et les plus courageux ont fait du sport (salle disponible) Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponible si besoin. Merci

Private & Charming.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the air con (when required) was fantastic, English channels were available on the TV and the area was so quiet in the evening. We could not find fault with anything during our stay, thank you Edwardo.

Superbe séjour

Très jolie petite maison avec piscine privée. Tout était très propre, les hôtes très accueillants et gentils. La maison est bien située et dans une propriété privée, avec une autre grande maison à côté. Nous étions avec une famille très bruyante, qui courait partout le soir tard dans la propriété ce qui nous a un peu dérangé mais à part ça c'était super. Il y a un tout petit jardin sur le côté de la maison avec une petite balançoire, le trampoline et le reste sont dans la propriété juste à côté de la maison.
