Desk screws need to be reset. Some are above planking and could cause a foot scrap.

Location was perfect, house great size, plenty of necessities!

We played plenty of games and the hot tub was a big hit :) having 4 bathrooms is great with 7 teen/adults (1 in diapers) plenty of room. Kids saw all sorts of deer, a raccoon, squirrels 🐿️ and 🐸 frogs. Great place to make memories.

Our Favorite House in Sunriver

Our only complaint is that we wish we could check in earlier on our day of arrival so that we can enjoy it a bit longer. We have stayed at a lot of house in Sunriver over the years and this is by far our favorite. Can’t wait until next year!

Needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called the after hours phone number multiple times the first night to help get the a/c to work and it went straight to voicemail, they never called me back. The office did call me back after I called them. The beds have body indentations making the mattresses super uncomfortable. We couldn’t figure out how to get some of the outlets to work. The location is great. If the mattresses were replaced and the after hours phone was monitored I would return.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 14 jul. 2026
Hi Lisa I am very sorry that the after hours line did not go through. I am glad that the office call did. We do have other homes to choose from with different styles of beds and mattresses so if you'd like to try a different home, wed be happy to help. Thanks!
