Light and bright with vaulted ceilings, well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Comfortable king bed in primary bedroom with walk-in closet. Cozy queen bed in second bedroom. Head out to the large patio to grill and enjoy a meal at the outdoor table. Lie by the pool or walk on the beach, this modest condo is an excellent home base for all your Southern California explorations.
Located in Seascape Sur renowned for its lush landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated oceanfront community offers underground, assigned parking with two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. The beach access stairs are conveniently located adjacent to the complex.
This condominium is in walking distance to restaurants, the charming Cedros Design Center and the train station is only 2 blocks away. This location not only allows visitors to explore the beautiful town of Solana Beach, it is located in close proximity to Del Mar, La Jolla, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and all the San Diego attractions. Be sure to stroll along the Coastal Rail Trail or hike one of the many diverse trails at San Elijo Lagoon. Enjoy a day watching thoroughbreds at the nearby Del Mar Racetrack or see what’s happening at the Fairgrounds. You will love the convenience of this property and will want to return year after year! Wireless internet included.
This unit is only accessible by stairs, no elevator is available. No smoking anywhere on complex. This unit is not air conditioned.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.

Spacious, Quiet but Older Condo near the beach...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great quiet place in Solana Beach/Del Mar. Spacious and roomy, but doesn't have a view of the ocean. Was generally clean, but everything from cabinets to carpets, doors, cutlery, etc is on the older side and needs replacement. Stubbs Staff is super friendly and helpful. But be aware of the multitude of fees in their agreements - an overkill in my view.

Solana Beach

We enjoyed our time at Solana Beach. The property was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Great Stay at Tranquil Living

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Tranquil Living for 3 1/2 weeks was excellent. The condo’s location was convenient to all Solana Beach and Del Mar area activities. The condo was well furnished and well supplied. The multiple decks offered a nice setting for outside discussions. The condo was very clean. As usual, Stubbs employees answered all questions and responded to all needs in a timely and friendly manner. I recommend the condo to others and would stay again if available.

Quiet, relaxing and near the beach

Loved the generous space in the rental. Loved the windows that offered plenty of natural light. Kitchen was very amply equipped. Loved the large screen Roku TV. Easy access to the street side, but quite a hike to the ocean side of the property. Quite a few steps involved in getting around the property but beautiful trees and flora. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice floor plan and location but old needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a one story nice layout close to the street. After spending a day in the condominium we noticed most of the dishes were dirty when taking them out of the cupboard to use. The dishwasher doesn’t work very well. Also we noticed our drinks and milk in the refrigerator weren’t very cold. And realized the door doesn’t seal closed consistently. During our stay the kitchen sink backed up and we had to report it to management and they had someone come and fix it. We noticed ant traps around the house with ants in them. The carpet was very dirty and old. It looks Like original flooring. It would improve the condo soMuch to get new appliances and a vinyl hardwood looking flooring throughout. The patio furniture was dirty white plastic. On the positive. We liked the one story layout, the provided boogie board, cooler and chairs, the sofas were comfortable and also the beds. They should have provided more than two rollsOf toilet paper and a couple bath towels seeing we were staying there for one week. I hope this helps. Thanks for letting us enjoy a family vacation at yourComplex.

Reviewer Comments: stubbs real estate was very responsive to questions asked and needs required when thinking of rental. rental unit was clean, unexpectedly spacious in every room and 3 unexpected veranda's and one with grill and table sitting for 6. carpeted floors were a joy to my grand daughter. only complaint was a faulty sink faucet in master suite.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are still there--the unit needs help, drains slow, dirty, rusty, cleaning devices defective,TV remote not working, etc.. A mistake by us to commit to 3 months. Suggest one inspects before committing.
