We provide backup sheets in the unit, and if they weren’t there, we’d be happy to deliver them right away. We also understand that oceanfront properties can sometimes have a moisture smell, and we’ll ensure it’s addressed for future guests. Regarding the washer, dryer, and noise, we’ll look into those issues and make necessary improvements. The building’s age does contribute to some noise, but we’ll review ways to minimize disruptions. We’d love to host you again!

Our team worked diligently, including spending hours on a Sunday, to address your concerns and provided portable heaters as a temporary solution. The heating system does have safety features that auto-shutoff when overheated, which we suspect was a factor here. Regarding the pool rules, those are set by the HOA, and we, unfortunately, have no control over them. We aim to ensure all guests have a positive stay and partially reimbursed you for the inconvenience caused. We’ll review your feedback to improve our services further.
