Newly furnished, coastal inspired 3 bed 2 bath condo at Cape Harbour with beautiful south facing views of the Cloosahatchee River and Reserve.

Amazing Getway Location

This property was totally as described. Enjoyed the quietness and the view. The unit had everything needed to enjoy the property from chairs to enjoy the music to sports equipment. The building had great security.

Beautiful Memories That Will Last A Lifetime!!

I loved every minute of this wonderful trip!! I can t say anything negative about this Condo!! The area and the cleanliness and the communication whenever We had to communicate with Jill was top notch!!!! Highly recommend this property!!!

Great Condo

Very lovely stay

My family and I had a very nice stay here. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The views were fantastic! We had an issue trying to check in, but the property manager figured it out very fast for us, so it was never an issue. It was overall a very great stay and we would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Your condo was clean, spacious, had everything we needed plus had a wonderful view. The restaurant/Tiki bar outside of the condos had great food. The music on Tuesday and Friday was great. We'd definitely would stay here again. Doug and Sandy

Cape Harbour

We love Cape Harbour! Rum Runners, Fathoms and all the views are perfect! Our condo had everything we needed. Covered parking is key during these hot steaming days!

Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Harbor. The condo is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a great living space. The lanai is wonderful in the evenings, but can be quite noisy in the mornings with food deliveries, boat storage and construction. This is of no fault to the owner. It is really nice having two restaurants with live music right downstairs.

Don’t depend on pool or basketball court

We never found the amenities (pool, basketball Court)as advertised and the closest beach is closed due to the hurricane. Also, we ended up Purchasing basic necessities after 1 day (toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen sponges)

Spacious, nicely decorated condo in a great location.

Overall, we had a fantastic time here. The owner and property manager were VERY nice to deal with and very responsive to us. Most things we needed, like the grocery store and very good restaurants were all within walking distance. The furniture is very nice and new. The outside property is very well maintained. The pool needs more chairs and maybe some umbrella tables. The condo has plenty of towels, including very nice beach towels, a nice big cooler that is on wheels and even a couple nice canvas bags and umbrellas. There are also two nice folding chairs for the beach or pool - one of which has a small cooler within it. The bikes were nice, but could use a little maintenance. The handle bars slipped and tires needed some air. The carpeting in the master bedroom was badly stained near the doorway and needs replacing, BUT that was the only cosmetic issue. Everything else was very clean and high quality. This condo lacks two things that we wished for. First, the kitchen supplies need some updating. Pots and pans need replacing and there were no mixing bowls. BUT if you are not a person who cooks on vacation, you will not be bothered by this. Secondly, it lacks peace and quiet due to outside noise when the doors are open. While the view of the river and gulf is beautiful, It also directly overlooks the parking lot of Rumrunners Restaurant and so if you leave the doors open, you can hear a lot of noise beginning with the garbage collection first thing in the morning. We like the fresh air. But if you are a person who does not leave the doors open and likes to use the air conditioning, you probably will not be bothered by this because when all the doors to the outside are shut, you cannot hear much noise at all. Overall, it was a very pleasant rental experience. On our last two days there, we heard a jack hammer all day long and were happy to leave for a few hours. The noise was caused by workers removing tile in another condo on our floor. It was maddening and it would have been nice to have been told about this ahead of time by the building maintenance crew/management. I don't fault the condo owners for this. Go to Lobster Lady for breakfast if you are there over a weekend. They only serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Lobster omelet was awesome. The restaurant adjacent to Merrick's Fish Market was also very good. Publix Grocery Store is only 1 mile away. The Tarpon Inn Restaurant on Pine Island was VERY good too.
