For Rent Beach House is a Single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath holiday hideaway that sleeps 6. Pismo Beach, Pier and Shops are in easy walking distance and await your arrival.

Detached Guest Room has a Queen Size Bed, Bathroom (with shower only) and TV with Cable. The main house includes a living room with large TV, DVD player, and VCR. Dining Area with seating for 4 people. Kitchen with breakfast bar (there is no dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker (old school coffee-by-the-pot maker in a cupboard). Primary bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds (twin on top, full bed on bottom bunk) and a trundle bed with twin sized mattress below the bottom bunk. Twin sized trundle bed is 6" thick, perfect for children. Large Deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

Parking for house and guest unit.

If you'd like to bring your pet, please inquire (additional fees will apply and all pets are subject to prior approval).

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location. Everything is walking distance to the beach, pier, and restaurants. A little close to the main street with traffic noise being a little loud. But eventually you get used to it and tune it out. It was fairly clean when we arrived. But I think due to it allowing pets it was a bit musty and needed to be aired out. Fortunately, the weather was great and didn't really need A/C. Pictures made it look better than it did in person. If you don't mind being separated from the main house the separate bedroom with bathroom was also nice.

This house was perfect for our group of two adults and four college students. The house had all we needed and the location was very convenient.

Great place to stay especially if you have a dog!

This little house was cute and had everything we needed. The dog appreciated having a back yard and the proximity to the beach!

Christmas Get Away

The location is great; a quick walk into town or to the beach and a short drive to Solvang, Morro Bay, Madonna Inn. The management agency was quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a mini vacation and this house was clean, comfortable and very close to the beach/pier in Pismo. would recommend this property.

Great location.

Easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The in-law unit allowed me to take a client call in privacy and without disturbing the family fun.

Clean and Perfectly Located

This was a great little house in Pismo Beach. We had 4 adults who were very comfortable in the space and had the backyard for our dog. The location is absolutely perfect with any happening spots of Pismo within a 3 block walk.

Unfortunately, the guests didn't understand what a "granny unit" or "ADA" is, and didn't ask us for clarification before booking. They were somewhat upset their 15 year old son had to sleep on the bunk beds with his little brother in the house, or in the granny unit approximately 20 feet behind the main house. We offered them alternate accommodations but they were unwilling to pay the amount required to switch.

Great location!

Cute, older beach home! Plenty of space to gather with family in the living room and deck outside. This was a great location for walking to the pier and dining options. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The property manager was very helpful answering questions!

4 day beach getaway

It was just perfect! Great location and the added bonus of two off street parking spots is huge. No worrying about parking here. Also by far the most well stocked rental we have had the pleasure of staying at from kitchen accessories to bedding it would be hard to want for anything! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Great Get Away

This was a great property. Close to everything. You could walk to all the important places. Very clean and had all the amenities. A very nice space. The fenced in back yard and two off street parking spots were wonderful. We would stay here again. Very comfortable and quiet.
