After Dune Delight looks out at the Sandcastle Playground, a kids paradise. Newly refreshed in January 2025, with the convenience of the playground and the complementary seasonal golf cart, this home is perfect for the family with small children. Tucked away for privacy, yet everything you need is still at your fingertips.

Shake off the sand and stay awhile. A perfect location for small families or friends, furnished to suit your every need. Relax in front of the fireplace or cat nap on the couch. The loft area upstairs acts as a second living area - or convert the sofa to a bed for overnight comfort.

2 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. Please do not park in nearby fire lane.

Rents with a 3-night minimum in peak season. Short stays are welcome for all other available dates. Great holiday rental. Ask us about our long-term opportunities.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it!

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing off of two different piers. New bocce ball and shuffleboard courts and toddler sprinkler pad. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Lovely, just as described

The playground is basically in the front yard for all intents and purposes so great if you need somewhere for kids to run around.

This was a perfect place for a girls weekend. Love the house we stayed in and really loved the amenities. Highly recommend. Loved it so much we are planning a family trip next summer with our families!

Great family getaway

My kids loved playing there and I could see them out the window. The golf cart was amazing for going to the pool and beach. Such a great hidden community. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was adorable and super clean. It came with everything we needed for a fun weekend. My only constructive feedback is the paper products like TP and paper towel were one ply which caused us to use more and run out. The description clearly states this is close to the playground. Be aware that means many many loud screaming children steadily from 6a-10p. If you’re looking to relax around the fire that’s not going to happen until after 10p.

It kept our little ones occupied between beach and pool adventures. It provided everything we needed. The only suggestion might be to replace the bed on the first floor. Slightly uncomfortable. Other then that one thing, it was a home run!

Super Labor Day vaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just the size for our group of 6. Very clean. The grill was spotless (which is unusual for rentals-nice!) good location across from park -the kids just ran out to play. On a dead end so not a lot of traffic. There were no instructions on how to work any of the TVs in there were three remotes for each TV which made it confusing. Then come to find out there were no batteries in the remote for the TV in the living room. I called the front desk for help and no one got back to me. There were six of us and they were only six bath towels. I would recommend at least two towels per person just my suggestion. These two complaints did not hamper our stay and I still give it five stars.

Just Enough

Perfect amount of space for us + 2 kids. Everyone had their own level for sleeping. High ceilings and lots of windows made it feel bigger than it is. Treetop room on third floor was beautiful. Note for younger kids: there are no true shades to darken sunlight in the two upstairs rooms. The park is a bit noisy starting around 8am and then again about 6-8pm, but it was worth it for our 7yo to walk out the door and go play. Kitchen is tiny and could use some upgrades like new cutting boards and plastic cups/dishes for kids. We were traveling with a larger group in another house so made most meals there, which made this kitchen totally livable for breakfasts/lunch. Water pressure in showers was very weak. Golf cart and shed were great. This is our 4th year at Beachwalk and first time staying in a smaller house. I’d recommend to anyone ok with the playground traffic who doesn’t need a ton of space.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed 4 days and three nights in this unit. It was our 5th year at Beachwalk and 5th home. Out of all the houses we were disappointed with this one. We knew it would be small and further away from the beach. That is why we always pick a unit with a golf cart. The golf cart worked, but we had to charge it after each trip around the property. It almost ran out of power twice on our way back. The kitchen is very narrow only allowing 1-2 people at a time and that is tight. I suggested more cooking skillets and possibly plastic wear with lids. There is dishes and pans, but very random. Another problem we had was the upstairs toilet. It was constantly running and overflowed once. We had to mess with it the whole stay. This was mentioned to the management. They were very concerned and would have sent maintenence over, but it was our last night and we told them to look at it after we were gone.The mattresses were not comfortable and the living room furniture was old and tired. This would be ideal for a family with younger kids since the park is across the street. The unit could use some attention and be refreshed. For our family size and needs we would not pick this unit again. Overall we LOVE Beachwalk and plan to return for years to come.

My only complaints would be the sheets were super scratchy, worn, and stained, and also the entire resort community’s landscape needs cleaned up. It’s very overgrown and unkempt, which leads to a disheveled and poorly maintained look for the community.

The house has so many nice touches like fans in each of the bedrooms, books, games, kitchen accessories. The golf cart was wonderful to have in the community especially since our friends' house and the beach were about 1/2 mi away.

It was convenient to have the playground directly across from the property for the kids to play at. They loved being across from the park and the tower room with the "treehouse" views and daybed trundle. We used the grill and the golf cart, and it all worked well. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and even do some fun baking together. House was immaculately clean and well decorated, very cozy. Good house layout for watching movies for the adults after kids go to bed. Quiet evening and morning hours in the neighborhood for a good night's rest for everyone. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice location. House is roomy, but very slender. So it’s not as roomy as the pictures look, but there is a lot of space, it’s just divided into three levels. Top level was great for two of our girls with a cute space and a great view and trundle bed. 2nd level is a small room with bed and dresser. Good for one or two. Floor level has a tiny kitchen but well stocked with all you would need. There is a sitting area with tv and a couch. I’d say our only complaint is also a plus. You are directly across from a nice playground. Great for your kiddos, but not so great when people are playing at 10 at night and you hear everything. Golf cart use was so nice. We are a family of five. Great space for our size. Very clean and updated.

Great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Beachwalk. It was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. The property was perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids, though the kitchen is small and beds seemed smaller than queens. There were a few small issues. The master bedroom sink and shower drains were slow, though we recommended to the office this to be looked at upon our departure. The house could've been a bit cleaner as well as under beds and couches were dusty and had crumbs and dining rug was a bit dirty. Overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed being close to the park and having the golf cart to take to the pool and beach. We would've loved to have had a firepit for smores but the chairs and table outside were nice to enjoy the outdoors. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
