This home is close to all of the Beachwalk amenities as well as local attractions, including the Michigan City Zoo, Washington Park and the marina. Feel like shopping? The Premium Lighthouse Outlet Mall is less than a 5 minute drive. Feeling lucky? The Blue-Chip Casino is just a 3 minute drive. You will find many great dining options locally and in New Buffalo, Michigan which is a quick 15 minute drive. Feeling adventurous? Boat rentals, jetSki rentals and fishing charters are just 5 minutes away at Washington Park. The new splash pad for children is also located at Washington Park. If you like your adventure on foot, try the many trails and beautiful grounds at the Indiana Dunes Lakeshore State Park.

The Cozy Cottage is cute and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the one and a half bathrooms are clean. The shower is a bit small, but works just fine. We had a problem because of no internet and Jodi, the owner, immediately worked on solving the issue. She is a wonderful host!

Loved the house! We were able to check in early and go straight to the pool! Jodi had beach towels for us and a cool wagon to lug our stuff as well as chairs for the beach! I would love to stay here again!

Cozy place to stay

Stayed here with my family for three nights. It had everything we needed. Also had cleaning supplies, extra linens, laundry detergent, beach towels. We really appreciated the wagon and chairs for heading down to the beach.

Excellent Stay!

Family stayed here for 1 week. The place was very clean and the owner was very responsive for questions we had. Lots of amenities to do in the area and in the Beachwalk community! Very enjoyable week!!

Quick getaway before school starts.

Great few days enjoying Lake Michigan and Beachwalk. Loved the community, pool and lake Kai. My daughter and I went kayaking and participated in the talent show. Great way to end the summer!

Family Vacay

Very impressed with the host. She was able to accommodate all our requests in a timely manner. Home was clean/spotless and perfect for our family needs. Only wish there was a golf cart for our use as a distance to the lake. We made wonderful memories ❤️

Great for family get away

Great beach get away for families with young kids. Beachwalk has great amenities and the beach is pretty close, especially if you rent a golf cart. Definitely will be back!

Cozy Cottage at Beachwalk

The name says it all! Cozy Cottage. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Cute decorations and everything we needed plus a couple extras we never expected (beach towels and beach chairs but very much appreciated). The owner was delightful to work with and was very accommodating. We will certainly inquire about this property for future trips. 5 stars from us!!!!

Perfect place

This is perfectly placed, the walk to the beach is not far at all the place comes with a heavy duty wagon. The community place was so fun. Our boys loved the ping pong tables and ice cream. The house had everything we needed, Jodi is amazing and communicated and responded quickly. I have already recommend this place to friends.

My husband & I grew up in Michigan City and have always had a passion for Lake Michigan and it's beautiful beaches. We have 2 boys and always seem to have the most memorable times on the south shores of Lake Michigan. We find Michigan City to be a perfect, yet quaint, thriving location to own our vacation property.

We always have a property manager on call 24 hours a day, should any unforeseen situation arise during your stay.
