Parking for 6 cars. Outdoor natural gas grill. 30ft x 10ft screened porch. Resort fee $15 per person (4 years and older). Parking passes included in pricing.
Exceptional 8 bed property in Cason Park area. Sleeps 20. Main level has a large open plan kitchen (fully stocked for all your cooking needs) with 2 dining tables seating 16 and breakfast bar seating 4, living room with TV and gas fireplace. There is an outdoor fire pit to the rear. Parking for 6 cars. Rear screened porch with dining table and seating area. Call Rachel 773-316-9400. (please note golf cart not available due to weather between Oct-April). The beach and pool are a short stroll (5 min walk or less in golf cart). Beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and a roller cooler available for your convenience. Beachwalk amenities include communal pool with splashpad, two fishing piers, basketball court, tennis court (also striped for pickle ball), bocce court, shuffle board, putting green and new playground, kayaks, pedal boats and paddle boards and yoga weekly during the Summer.
