Perfect beach vacation

My family loved staying at this condo. It was comfortable, the perfect size for us, and the property management was incredibly responsive and helpful. You just can’t beat that view being right next to the water too. We would definitely definitely stay here again.

Beach get away

Very nice place, right on the water. The sound of the waves are incredible, and the Buccaneer Cafe is right down the road with the best breakfast tacos ever.

Little Ocean view vacation

Quick 2 night trip with family. The place is cute and has lots of room. The view was good. The sand was fun. Overall we had a great time!

Great location

Water front property. No sandy beach here but just a short distance was a sandy beach. Loved hearing the roar of the waves. Walking distance to restaurants.

Ideal retreat and rest

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in late Oct. and it was great weather. The waves are literally right outside the back door (beyond a small yard beach area and rocky ledge). The Beachfront team was helpful and on top of things, we had no issues whatsoever. It was a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to anyone. Could sleep 4 comfortably in my opinion.

Charming Indeed!

It was clean and comfortable and the beach access was worth it! We often had the beach to ourselves ... there literally is not another person in my beach photos of the kids. The deck/balcony was great to open the doors and enjoy the ocean air. Cute park within walking distance for the kiddos. No problem parking.

Relaxing weekend

I had a relaxing weekend with my last graduating Girl Scouts. Their final trip was supposed to be in 2020, but was postponed due to Covid. We spent time enjoying the tide coming and out, appreciating the beautiful sun sets. The girls enjoyed. Cooking their own meals which were very close to gourmet. Quite tasty. One surprise was that they chose to spend part of their time looking through thrift shops. The beds were very comfey. The cooks enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment and. Would considered staying there again.

AMAZING

The semi- private beach was small but did have beach toys & bogie boards. The beach was clean. The condo itself was well decorated & clean. We had a great time. There's a small breakfast cafe a short walking distance that was great. Other restaurants & stores are near by. We have rented before at a different condo. This location is a "do-over"

Can't wait to return

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have visited this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable and lots of room. We loved the balcony and stairs out to the sandy patio. Loved that they had an ice machine this year. And upgraded washer and dryer that we didn't have to pay to do laundry. Thanks The only thing I would have liked a heads up on was that there wasn't beach access this year due to the ocean changes. But still it was beautiful and we will return.

Overall a good stay!

Was a great location, although a few things within the condo were out dated. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was super loud and the shower water pressure was horrible. Also, all the switches are on timers so the ceiling fans turn off after an hour. I totally get limiting electricity used, however, in the middle of the night it got warm. Was a great location being so close to the water. But just know u have to climb down rocks to get to the water and by noon the water is at the rocks. But, the actual beach was about a mile and a half down so we were able to walk down there for the water. Parking was super tight but its the beach, so its to be expected. We had a good stay! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit this year to the same property. We were disappointed as the property was not as clean! We did not see anyone to sweep the area outside, windows were not clean, and to pay this amount of money I think it should have been monitored more closely since there were people coming and going! It was in pretty good shape when we rented in April. Needless to say we were disappointed! Plus the mattress pads need to be washed!!!!!

Hello Karen, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were disappointed in your stay. We take pride on the cleanliness of our properties and are embarrassed that they were not up to par. The patio areas are scheduled to be cleaned on a regular basis now. This has been recently initiated. All of our properties go through a deep cleaning process at the end of the summer. Mattress pads will be changed. ~The team at Beachfront Only
